The car that got spun out is guilty of 4 moving violations. 1) switching lanes in an intersection. 2) failure to use turn signal. 3) failure to use turn signal, again. 4) Improper use of lanes (should have been in the far right lane if he was going to turn right). The filmer has nothing to do at his right side? He was driving, in the right lane, and the other guy cut him off. Twice.

And i can't exclude that the filmer had something to do at his right side, but something about the road makes me believe that it's sort of an intersection where the driver was turning right. But I can't conclude with anything. However, the filmer drove way to aggressively behind him. I understand his frustration, but it wasn't necessary, was it?
