To get the V shape you want to really work our Lats! Just look at some of Scott's back workouts. The pull up is the best exercise for that. And with a shirt on you want wide shoulders for the shape, so do lots of shoulder exercises.

@JakeLikesJoking Self-explanatory. You can't lose weight in a certain area. It's just everywhere. You could but that'd be cheating since the way to do so is surgery. When you run you don't just lose weight on your legs or whatever. You lose it all over your body. You can't do certain exercises to lose weight in a certain area.

have you done a video for a workout with one of the exercise tube/cable systems, that you attach to the door. Its basically the same as a cable system using weights, except that to increase the weight or resistance, you either have to step further from the system or add more cables/tubes. If you are using your feet to hold down the cable as is done in many exercises, you move your feet further apart to increase the resistance/weight, or add more tubes/cables. Can also be done with fitness bands
