definitely my favorite Lion King show on youtube. Interesting choice with the soprano sax... though it seemed like the articulation was just a little off from what it should be. great job otherwise!

my band is doing The Lion King this year, and we have a trumpet singing the beginning, she's really good. I like this one, it's almost like ours, but it also isn't.aha. :)

we did lion king last year, and had we gone to competition, we were going to actually sing the swahili part. way better than just a soprano sax on the sidelines.

they announced the wrong scores. it wasnt 18 points what they did was is they read the band score that didnt have the battery score added to it. but i forgot what the final score was. but it was pretty close.

The sax makes me want to claw off my ears. I do like that you played the "other" songs from Lion King that are just as beautiful and to me, more emotional. The winds were gorgeous and I enjoyed the brass color on the Stampede. And you drum majors stationary march? First time I've seen that. Loved the hitler marching! Very cool.

lol awesome were suppose to play a version of this this coming up marching band (not the same one as you :P) but yea the baritone and trombones get the "can you feel the love tonight" solo!!!!! (i am a Euphonium player :P)
