We profit off Oil all over the world, if it's mined in Serbia and sold to Brazil, the US profits because Brazil had to buy currency from the US in order to purchase the Oil from Serbia.

Oil (along with MANY other commodities) is priced in US DOLLARS, which means unless you have the US DOLLAR stockpiled in reserve you CANT TRADE FOR OIL. So China can't "dump the dollar" unless the denomination of Oil Changes which China can't do by itself, nor can anyone else, that's not how the world economy works, open a book and turn off Glenn Beck.
