New evidence suggests the ancestors of the natives were not the first Americans, but maybe a 2nd or 3rd wave of immigrants.. What happened to those other people? @TheBrautigans I do find it beyond disheartening that it took this long to get this done, which is a shame. In this country that people are forgotten like that! I do think it's a positive step forward, but what I think would also help the Native of this country is more media attention. The more exposure about it, the more people will be aware and try to help out. It's a shame that the government doesn't chime in more to help the first nation citizens with many problems going on in reservations.

@cyphi1 I never said that they deserve what they got. I do truly feel sorry that the suicide rates on reservations are so high, and that a lot of parents can't afford to feed their children. All I am doing is defending my race and other races against the Natives who STILL hold grudges against white people.
