some people just have no common sense. You earned the weapons, armor, and items. Therefore you have the freedom to use them how ever you like. It is not cheating because you have to go through something harder to earn what you get. i and others most certainly appreciate this vid and your sentiments, but do bear in mind that with the type of gameplay mhfu has, anyone who's stupid enough to hunt low-rank monsters using hacked g-rank equips + bombs/traps would sooner or later have to fight high-rank and g-rank monsters, which will inevitably make them realize they suck at this game so hard that they'd probably quit playing it anyway. MHFU isn't a game for stupid people. their cheating will only get them too far.

@wellregard okay use the onslaught hammer i killed it solo first try easy. flashing makes it much easier ands bring materials to make more if ya want. :) first horn broke means 1/3 health down second horn broke is 2/3 hope dis helps
You people are stupid..... What he is saying is that to get your weapons and armour through your own hard work not just downloading off someone else's game off the internet. That takes away all the fun of this game and also about flashing if you combine traps flashes on monsters with a overpowered weapon which you did not get through your own effort than that's just takes the fun away from an awesome game like this
I think he means its cheap when people only atk the monster when its flashed or trapped. I know people who keep the monsters unnecessarily flashed or trapped for the entire hunt. Cheap =/= Cheat. Using many flash bomb+Overpowered weapon count as a cheap way to kill monster, but not cheating. If using flash bomb and overpowered weapon considered cheating, why they are exist on the first place?
At all fking guys who even THINK G-ranks are hard.... i got silver rathalos with wyvern kantana wolf, in 46 mins without taking anything with me.... The ONLY hard quest on G-rank would be White Fatalis, where u can take King alliart sword to make it easy....

i disagree, capcom made these weapons for a reason, they look awesome, they are fun and useful. without such weapons you cannot complete most of the g level quests, so it is not cheating...and btw obviosly you would kill a low rank tigrex with any g level weapon is darn easy...
i personally havent even played any on the "new" monster hunter games, ive only played on the original for the ps2 and i still play today(offline of course) and by the looks of the new ones if you get 4 good people together you kill a monster in under a minute? wtf is that shit.... i still remember having 4 good players doing the 4 horns mission with sonic and flash bombs, to where they wouldnt even move and still took at least a half hour to kill both. these new ones look way to easy

totally agree with the discription but totally used cheats to get heavenly scales killing the silver los 9 times for one heavenly scale just wasnt worth it so i multiplied it.
In no way can it take the fun out of the game using overpowered weapons and flashes, they are mostly used for videos, helping people for armor and whatnot. I never either had enough flash bugs, or bomb ,material...I went in there anyway....then the akantor appeared...with the armor set I had and weapon...it was VERY HELPFUL to get me to the next rank....now I go in there with low rank weapons and see if i can kill it and do :D its all about the fun :D still think its the best 15 dollars ive ever spent
Using overpowered weapon+flashing+traps+a lot of other crap isn't cheap. What is cheap is that you use overpowered weapon and armour+flashing and you still die.
ok dude why even complain if you can kill the dame thing in 26 seconds then that should be good. useing flashes is not a cheap way nor is it cheap to use a strong weapon. the point is to kill the monster in any way that you can. to say that use a flash and overpower weapon is cheap then you have to say that people who use light and heavy bow guns are cheap. and from the looks of the video you know when to attack and when to fall back. most people dont know. so stop complaing and play thedamegame
Got to say i don't like the idea of flash-bombing monsters. I prefer taking the more difficult route even whether it be a kut-ku or soloing ukanlos. Its only fairly recently (in terms of game time reaching high G rank) that i started carrying anything more than just potions and whetstones when going on a mission.
Recently went back to low level missions for a laugh more than anything, killed the first giadrome in about 20 seconds(or about 4 hits) with one of my weaker GSs
A game is about progression. When you progress through a game, you unlock more powerful weapons. It's perfectly fair that a stronger weapon obtained through hard work can easily dispatch of a weaker, lower-rank monster that you have already beaten.
It's not cheating, but capcom did change how flash bombs are implemented in Monster Hunter Tri, and that means that they did recognize the cheat-esque nature of the MHFU flashbomb
it is kind of cheating.. fair enough the creaters put the flash bombs in there for a reason but to completely use them all the time to kill a monster, it does take the battle away.. then again, if its for a quick mission for materials or its to hard. In the end, its up to the players choice whether they want a battle or not. =D
@pur3wolf If you are used to using a GS, try Khezu Shock Sword, but, if you are better with a LS, try Eager Cleaver. Those two are the ones that most people recommend. Personally, I used Jade Storm a few minutes ago, but it prolly takes longer than with the swords. Good luck :D
@pur3wolf just upgrade weapons, or look for weapons you can make that will in time be stronger than your current. If you need money(zenny) sell things you dont need, weapons, armor, items, etc. Or just google;

@MatoBRS ok heres some simple math: the first time he hit the tigrex was at 00:06. the time tigrex died was at 00:33. = youre a moron and it took him 27 seconds to kill the monster :]
@MatoBRS each monster has a different death animation, so when i kill a giadrome in 20 mins and a fatalis in 20 mins, i killed the fatalis slower because his death animation is longer? doesnt seem to make a lot of sense to me. also tigrex hit the ground at 00:39, so from starting attacking till monster hits the ground it was 33 secs not 38...
being a fellow monster hunter i know only one thing to capture them, killings funs
though if you want bigger loot i'd reccomend it or at the very least take the mick out of him,piss on hes head, call it cinderella and get duke nukem to crush that tiny little brain and realizing you pissed there,and finally... hay duke come back with the dragon [get the loot] thumbs up if duke owes me a corndog. c:

@DanceLikeANitwit it took him 27 secs to beat this monster with flashbombs. i think beating the monster in 1 minute instead without using flashbombs wouldnt be too hard. to be honest im not sure why capcom put flashbombs in the game. it would be a really good game without them. its still a really good game but now they made it possible to flashbomb spamm monsters to death, which isnt a lot of fun imo and requires no skill.

i disagree, capcom made these weapons for a reason, they look awesome, they are fun and useful. without such weapons you cannot complete most of the g level quests, so it is not cheating...and btw obviosly you would kill a low rank tigrex with any g level weapon is darn easy...

i personally havent even played any on the "new" monster hunter games, ive only played on the original for the ps2 and i still play today(offline of course) and by the looks of the new ones if you get 4 good people together you kill a monster in under a minute? wtf is that shit.... i still remember having 4 good players doing the 4 horns mission with sonic and flash bombs, to where they wouldnt even move and still took at least a half hour to kill both. these new ones look way to easy

In no way can it take the fun out of the game using overpowered weapons and flashes, they are mostly used for videos, helping people for armor and whatnot. If you really want to have fun then dont use the stuff, people need to stop saying stop using flashes, traps and overpowered weapons, think of this, do you wanna see a fast kill video or a slow kill video on a..rathalos or something. i dont know about you guys but when i see more than 5 minutes on a kill, its less interesting to me.

I never either had enough flash bugs, or bomb ,material...I went in there anyway....then the akantor appeared...with the armor set I had and weapon...it was VERY HELPFUL to get me to the next rank....now I go in there with low rank weapons and see if i can kill it and do :D its all about the fun :D still think its the best 15 dollars ive ever spent

Got to say i don't like the idea of flash-bombing monsters. I prefer taking the more difficult route even whether it be a kut-ku or soloing ukanlos. Its only fairly recently (in terms of game time reaching high G rank) that i started carrying anything more than just potions and whetstones when going on a mission.
Recently went back to low level missions for a laugh more than anything, killed the first giadrome in about 20 seconds(or about 4 hits) with one of my weaker GSs

A game is about progression. When you progress through a game, you unlock more powerful weapons. It's perfectly fair that a stronger weapon obtained through hard work can easily dispatch of a weaker, lower-rank monster that you have already beaten.

It's not cheating, but capcom did change how flash bombs are implemented in Monster Hunter Tri, and that means that they did recognize the cheat-esque nature of the MHFU flashbomb

it is kind of cheating.. fair enough the creaters put the flash bombs in there for a reason but to completely use them all the time to kill a monster, it does take the battle away.. then again, if its for a quick mission for materials or its to hard. In the end, its up to the players choice whether they want a battle or not. =D

@pur3wolf If you are used to using a GS, try Khezu Shock Sword, but, if you are better with a LS, try Eager Cleaver. Those two are the ones that most people recommend. Personally, I used Jade Storm a few minutes ago, but it prolly takes longer than with the swords. Good luck :D

@MatoBRS each monster has a different death animation, so when i kill a giadrome in 20 mins and a fatalis in 20 mins, i killed the fatalis slower because his death animation is longer? doesnt seem to make a lot of sense to me. also tigrex hit the ground at 00:39, so from starting attacking till monster hits the ground it was 33 secs not 38...

@DanceLikeANitwit it took him 27 secs to beat this monster with flashbombs. i think beating the monster in 1 minute instead without using flashbombs wouldnt be too hard. to be honest im not sure why capcom put flashbombs in the game. it would be a really good game without them. its still a really good game but now they made it possible to flashbomb spamm monsters to death, which isnt a lot of fun imo and requires no skill.
