Only two weird things I noticed.

Smaller head and smaller mouth.

The Spy has a HUGE forehead. He also has a large distance between the mouth and eyes (Making the nose).

The mouth also needs to be wider, like, left to right.

I CANNOT do better, but I'm only pointing out the facts
