  • 0:37 Number 3 Wade Belak. R.I.P :(

  • Millers retired after this.

  • I met Tie today! He was so nice and I shook his hand!

  • @Simo4404 Lucky!

  • THATS PRICELESS

  • yeah. Why are they having a shootout in a 5-2 game

  • @killers6002 bro stop stealing my questions!

  • Why are they having a shootout in a 5-2 game?

  • @sandmonkey322 It was the first year the shootout was implemented, and it was the pre-season. They put a shootout at the end of every exhibition game to get players and coaches accustomed to it. Putting Domi on the list was merely for "teh lulz".

  • @Synsensa Thanks! It's not everyday you get a polite, articulate reply on Youtube.

  • Domi > Gretzky

  • Hahahaha Pat Quinn what a fuckin troll

  • ah, tie domi...

    those were the years.

  • hahah i remember this!!

  • How about new GM woot woo

  • domi is show man

  • What's funny about this?

  • @lucbessonium Tie Domi is an enforcer, not someone that is usually sent out in a shootout, and for him to score is just surprising. That and the fact it's a preseason game so everyone's a bit more laid back and can joke around like this.

  • the laugh is just priceless

  • @ixobileixobile Wow bad timing

  • @StanOfGB comment taken out of context.. but ya.. removed like i really liked wb though.

  • Leafs suck

  • @more8605 True, but they have had some of the most epic players of our generation (assuming you're not 60 or 70)

  • I saw this asshole on Friday, he was picking up his mail from 4141 yonge street. He is paranoid, he uses a receiver with his cell phone.

  • @nsakic Maybe he wouldnt' be paranoid if assholes weren't posting his location on the internet!

  • @tsferg He has a office in the building. He runs his business outta here ... it is public knowledge!

  • domi oli myös hyvä pelaaja mutta hänestä tehtiin tappaelija koska ei koskaan ei koskaan antanut periksi

  • FIGHTING IS PART OF THE GAME. THERES SOCCER FOR YOU GOOOOFS

  • @strip2strip Thank you, neanderthal.

  • They need to bring the old horn back

  • fag

  • lol

  • old goal horn

  • the goalie for the other team said " Damn it. That went in."

  • Gee, the Leafs lost this game? Who'da thunk it.

  • @TheWitchOvAgnesi Leafs were third in the NHL after the All star game dickhead

  • @dudemyhommieg 10th at the end of the season. When it counts...

  • domi is a funny dude.

  • Joe Bowens laugh - Priceless

    Pat Quinns smile - Priceless

Millers "fuck, did i just get scored on by Domi" - Priceless

    Domis smike - Priceless

Being a leafs fan - Priceless

  • @jjchenjj you said it all homie, haha

  • @jjchenjj It's actually expensive as fuck being a Leafs fan.

  • @geear111 no doubt i bought a jerso for like $200 but then found a chinese company that makes and distributes authentic jersys for $60 madd pumped for my other ones to come in

  • @TheRon0987 ye jersey's are wack, but tickets are the real rip off/the brew at ACC (a dollar a sip)

  • @geear111 "ye" jersey's? really...? "ye" ??

  • @TheRon0987 authentic my ass

  • @jjchenjj Being a leafs fan Useless...

  • @jjchenjj BULLSHIT !!! Fuck Leafs !!

  • @jjchenjj change the being a leafs fan to "43 years of torture :("

  • @purple0wnzx It is not torture if you still enjoy the game and your team. Moments like this you will remember forever is more than just 43 years.

  • @jjchenjj Is it really priceless to pay thousands of dollars for season tickets every year and you guys can't even get to the playoffs? Seems kinda sad to me.

  • @LocoGroove To watch a team and game you love is truely priceless. I guess it doesn't apply to people like you who aren't die hard true fans. Apart from that, with my season tickets I can sell it all with big PROFIT which I will not...but just sayin.

  • @jjchenjj The thing is: I have a theory: Leafs don't even wanna win the the Stanley Cup, because their die hard (and blind) fans will always buy season tickets, no matter how crappy players they get, no matter how bad they play. I actually feel bad for all the Toronto fans...such a greedy management, that only cares about making lots of profit for themselves. That's just...sad, it really is.

  • @jjchenjj My point was: Do you really wanna pay lots of money for that crappy management/greedy owners? Really? You can be a fan of a team even if you hate the management/owners.

  • @jjchenjj this whole comment...priceless lol

  • @jjchenjj the ticket waaaaayyyy fucking too much lol

  • this was the year that the shutouts first came into the league. they practiced them after every preseason game

  • The first time in my life i've seen pat quinn or any other leafs coach smiling

  • even pat quinn was smiling lol

  • Goalie thought: "Oh, godDomit !

  • GORES

  • mh wright you are such a fag quit having your god damn name at the bottom

  • Great goal. Peace

    -M H. Wight

  • The smile on Pat Quinns face says it all

  • i miss quinn

  • poor millertime

  • I am a Boston Bruins fan but I love the Mapleleaf fans and you gotta love when a tough guy scores!!

  • lol It's hard to tell whether Ryan Miller was trying or if he was like "I really shouldn't disappoint these fans..."

  • goalies reaction was too funny

  • im so fuckin happy he scored lol

  • i miss this commentater... he makes me wanna have sex:$

  • @9ava9 dude...thts Joe Bowen commentating and he still does for Sportsnet and Leafs tv....

  • i dont get whats so funny.

  • @insanum666 tie domi is an enforcer....he is not a skilled player...

  • @haiderjalal2010 still scored tho... i dk know why its so funny tho

  • @insanum666....its cause he usually doesnt score....hes usually not in the shootout...plus they lost the game already so they thought they would have some fun...

  • i loved domi

  • Pat Quinn with that grin on his face. It made me feel happy as a fan just to see him smile. It felt like I was cheering correctly and he was happy with me. The Quinn Grin.

  • that will never happen again. They will let their own goalie take a penalty shot before he does lmao

  • too bad pat died WE ALL LOVED YOU! :D

  • @draziom902 enforcers protect from dirty play the league would have a lot more injuries without them

  • Domis smile is bigger than him

  • domi is a worthless hockey player. a complete jackass. why would the NHL pick players like that. NHL needs quality players from Europe.

  • @draziom902 He was a fighter not a goal scorer, A few Euopean players are good in the leauge but remeber its Canadas game

  • @Jackthekid87 Hockey is about playing the game and scoring goals to win not fighting. Fighting is a combat sport. Hockey is not. Canada plays good hockey because they have the money to invest in quality training and equipment etc. Russia is getting there. USA is good too and has beat Canada many times. But i must admit Canadians love Hockey and it their national sport and they play very good.

  • @draziom902 Actually Fighting has been in Hockey as long as hockey has existed. Hockey is a unique sport because it encompasses so many different elements and as someone who played hockey and was an enforcer (someone who fought a lot) I can honestly say that if fighting were removed it would no longer truly be hockey.

The Soviet teams, the Swedish teams the Czech teams they all fought when they played each other, often the teams still fight each other. Its all part of a very passionate game.

  • @Vantom91 Fighting in hockey has not existed in Europe where it was invented. Fighting in hockey is a pop-fad culture in Canada. Fighting has nothing to do with the game of hockey. Hockey is a game to score goals not fight. I cant believe you are proud to say you played hockey and enjoyed fighting (being an enforcer). Thats not a hockey player thats a goon. Goons don't know what hockey is. There's been many occasions that fighting in hockey should be banned. It will one day. I will support it.

  • @draziom902 hockey was not invented in europe get your facts right before going off on a rant.

  • @BECKERvaiMALMSTEEN66 Yes it was. Where do you think it was invented?. Canada?.

  • @draziom902 There are early representations and reports of ice hockey-type games being played Canada from the beginning of the nineteenth century, but the modern game was initially organized by students at McGill University, Montreal in 1875 who, by two years later, codified the first set of ice hockey rules and organized the first teams.

  • @BECKERvaiMALMSTEEN66 HACKEY WASNT INVENTED IN EUROPE NOT CANADA.. U SHOULD KOW THAT. I PLAY HACKEY.

  • @BECKERvaiMALMSTEEN66

I play hockey too whats your point. fighting belongs in hockey. Its the enforcers job to protect the star player besides you cant tell me that you didnt feel a rush of excitement when you would see two heavy weights like Probert and Domi go at it. Hockey is unique because like Vantom said it brings different elements in to it.

  • @Vantom91 Fighting has no place in the NHL or at any level. Is fighting for its entertainment value worth lives?. Fighting in hockey is a neanderthal way of thinking. Hockey, at least in Europe and the rest of the world, is about speed, skating and scoring. Maybe if the NHL adopts that philosophy, instead of promoting Friday Night Fights, they can save their sport. Fighting in hockey needs to be banned. It has NO PLACE in this sport.

  • @draziom902 Dont pretend that Europeans dont engage in fighting in Hockey. Please leave the game for those who are passionate about it. Alex Ovechkin has several fights, Kristoph Oliwa was known mainly for his fighting and there are others.

PS Far more people are seriously injured/killed by stickwork and head shots than fighting in hockey. I shouldn't be banned and it has its place in THIS sport.

PPS Domi ended with 245pts and over 1000games.Not bad for a 4th liner

  • @Jackthekid87 I'm not much of a sports guy but i do like some sports and my fav are starting from best is :Soccer, Hockey, Basketball. I don't like American football because i find it boring and don't understand it. Baseball sucks too. Volleyball is OK, maybe Tennis once in a while.

  • @draziom902 hahaha shut up about Europe. every comment you posted is practically about how much better Europe is at hockey than the rest of the world. Tell me why europeans go to the NHL to be drafted? its obviously better than the european leagues. And hockey is so unique cause of the fighting. so seriously shut up.

  • @gmsjr1219 "And hockey is so unique cause of the fighting" get out of the internet you sadistic little bitch. You don't need fighting in hockey. you don't need guys that challenge people to fight and can't skate or do anything with the puck in hockey. Fighting has nothing to do with the game itself, it's usually either payback to some player or just stupid entertainment for the crowd

  • @4never93 you're fucking retarded, just dont bother to comment if you know nothing about hockey. stupid fucking bitch

  • @YouGenuinus I know a lot more about hockey than you think, I just don't like the fights when it's not necessary. hockey fighters can go to UFC to see how great fighters they really are

  • @4never93 Without fighting players would have to resort to dirty hits and other dirty plays to get revenge on players and much more serious injuries would result. I would rather fight than be speared or hit from behind. I agree fighting is done more than it should be, a clean but big hit shouldn't necessitate a fight. However it is necessary to let the aggression out.

  • @CactusJackFan they should just give big suspensions after dirty hits. at the moment north american hockey leagues are the only ones where there actually is fighting involved. In finland there's like 5-10 fights in a whole season. And when there is no fighting involved, there can also be children watching the game.

  • @4never93 They should definitely have big suspensions for dirty hits but my point is they would occur much more often without the ability to fight. I don't watch international hockey excepting iihf, olympics but it just seems like the overall play style is considerably more aggressive in NA. Aggressive play style results in aggression and the best way to get it out is two people agreeing to a fight imo. Without fights much worse will occur as vengeance. And little kids see violence everyday ha

  • pat quinn doesnt smile? riiiiight, maybe not all those years he spent on TO's bench, thats not a smile anyway , thats a shit eating grin

  • I think that's the only time I've ever seen Pat Quinn smile.

  • was expecting domi to fight the goalie

  • goalie is like awhh fuck :P

  • tie domi is cool

  • I started laughing when I saw Pat smiling, thats not something you see everyday LOL And I finished laughing after I saw the video 4 times LMFAO

  • i hate the leafs and domi but thats awesome

  • bet the sabres goalie is laughing his ass off

  • lmao the goalkeeper's reaction is priceless.

  • omg does his grin remind anyone of "mouth" from the goonies? lmao!

  • Lmao on Miller are you serious :P

  • i think it was just preseason practising shootouts when they were first brought in

  • for all those who dont think its a shoot-out look at the top right beside toronto it says shootout

  • love the laugh hilarious

  • 2006 year the shootout came to game every preseason game no matter what had a shootout , everyone who doest know shit about hockey gtfo and go leafs go

  • Miller looked so pissed that he allowed a goal to Domi

  • Domi come back!!!

  • hahah the goalie's reaction after he scored..

  • come back QUINN!!!!

  • Huuuuge smile on domi as he comes out.

  • i think the year after the lockout they did exhibition shootouts just to promote them and give the fans a taste of what it would be like. i know that every game had one on opening night that year.

  • it sounded like the announcer didn kno wether to say scores or goal so he says gores, or at least tats wut it sounded like lol.

  • thumbs up for pat quinn

  • he scored 100+ and match that with 3500 pims, and check on google its as rare as rocking horse shit my friends

  • @stonersid 100 goals over a 16 year career is not exactly a lot. Some journeyman defencemen manage that.

  • OOMPA LOOMPA :)

  • I was at this game.

  • 0:07

I've never seen anyone so happy in my whole life.

  • i dont get it. If the score was 5-2, how was there a shoot out?

  • @lowbridgehit

Because it was preseason right after the lockout (with new rules, ie. shootouts). They practised shootouts after every preseason game.

  • @Stifmeister1

Hey thanks. Now it makes sense.

  • @Stifmeister1

wasn't it just a penalty shot? not a shootout?

  • @alamo141

If I remember correctly it was a shootout after preseason game...

  • Comment removed

  • @kegler27

Dude it was preseason. ;) They were practising shootouts.

  • Back in the good old days, when we actually made the playoffs! Hear the crowd roar!

  • @kegler27 PWNED

  • @kegler27 yep you are correct this was after the lockout when they brought in the shootout. All preseason games that year ended with one

  • @kegler27 no it was a shootout. This was the first year they brought the shootout into the NHL so after every preseason game the teams got to practice no matter what the score was

  • @kegler27 lol you fail

  • @kegler27 yeah, look at the top where the score is.

  • @kegler27 yea dude, it was the first year of shootouts (hence why quinn is still the coach), so they had them after all pre season games regardless of the score

  • @kegler27 that was the year that shootouts were introduced so at the end of every preseason game they had a shootout no matter what just for the fans.. duh

  • @kegler27 This was the first year they introduced the shootout, they were doing it after every preseason game regardless of the score. It was basically just a preview for the fans.

  • @kegler27 dude, im pretty sure this was the first season that the penalty shot rule was in effect if it was still a tie in overtime so after everygame they would do penalty shots in the preseson no matter what the score....think before you say

  • @MiniMoore11 look before you type...plenty of people already cleared that up brainiac.....LMAO

  • @Stifmeister1 it was after a preseason game the year they made the shoot out rule they had a shoot out after every preseason game no matter what the score was

  • @mac1511

    I know

  • at the beggining of the video at the top of the screen it says shootout

  • @lowbridgehit fucking idiot

  • @lowbridgehit penalty shot.

  • @GotzeClan naw, if you look in the top right hand corner of the screen it says shoot out. like the other guys were saying it was some NHL shoot out expariment in the exhibition season after the lockout year. funny anyway.

  • @lowbridgehit

It was 5-2 at shooutout i think

  • @lowbridgehit cause the poster obviously made a mistake, and instead of putting penalty shot, he wrote shootout shot

  • HAHAH Domi in shootout!! That's epic! Anyone else find it weird seeing Patty Quinn smiling?? o.O

  • always cheers me up.

  • I love Ryan Millers reaction, "DAMMIT! Domi just scored on me!"

  • 0:07 :D

  • that was ryan miller too LOL

  • Why they are laughing? What happened in this match? :D

  • @oblivilo its preseason and they lost anyway and tie domi sucks at puck handling so it was funny how they sent him out for the shot

  • miss the old leafs when pat quinn was in charge. john ferguson jr. killed the leafs.

  • Comment removed

  • Pat Quinn smiling...I've seen it all.
