I saw this line at Indigo and I wasn't convinced. With all these prefab journals I wonder: Have we gotten so lazy and uninspired to not be able to create our own journals from scratch? Why pay extra for someone to print lines, tables and headings in a journal when this can be a creative process?

I was first intrigued by the idea of a health journal, but when I saw its contents I decided it's too limiting and pricey for me to buy.

And the website doesn't give much info either... what exactly is on those informative pages? What are those measures and conversions? Are they useful for people in Europe?

I guess it makes me feel good but this video does not allow me to see what's actually in this journal (underneath all the effects and fancy illustrations), which I would need to know to make a buying decision.
