INCREDIBLE!!!! I'm a 16 yr old sax player that has been playing for 6yrs now, and was left in shock when I saw this outstanding performance! Amazing tone quality, dynamics were just as amazing, technicality and the use of the range of the entire instrument is unbelievable! i really enjoyed watching this performance and hope that I can come even somewhat close to sounding like that. Martino, the other recording you've made with the Bloomsbury Chamber Orchestra ... is it just my impression or the orchestra's been badly captured by the microphones there? The light in that church is beautiful, though! The video too! :)

I don't mean to criticize, of course, only asking if my perception is anyhow correct. There are other good sound recordings of that concerto on Youtube... but incomplete.

Congratulations for both performances you've made. Bravo!

hey kid, if you are the one in your videos: perhaps you should take mov. 1 of camera slower, the faster sections are uneven, and use more vibrato because it gets lost in the size of the auditorium.

who do you think you are? you would never approach any artist after a performance and tell them what you didn't like.... and if you would then you need to grow up and lose the ego.

I think this is a beautiful performance. I love your sound and the bouncing to me is not important AT ALL. Congratulations!!!! P.S. Fredanluc: the first movement is slow and then fast because it's a cadenza dude.
