what i would like to know is why a certain group of people (around 20% as dr. davis from the heartscanblog estimates) show no significant increase of 25-OH-D even with rather high D3 supplementation up to 10kIU for several months, or in my case, even for a year (level was stuck at 60nmol), and then suddenly, within a few months rises dramatically (in my case to 260nmol) even while keeping the same dosage. do you know why this "hockey stick" effect exists for certain people? did you observe it?
