the song is good but why is there like 4 or more singers. im sorry but only one is needed to make it sound good. the rest of the singers ruin the song and make it annoying. maybe switching singers perodicly between lines would've been good.
Yeah...Most drummers would REALLY prefer to play on Acoustic..i.e REAL drums!! But Sound/Tech guys really like the control of the Electronic...go figure!!
@lgoodwin88 the reason soundtech guys prefer e-drums is because they offer less or no acoustic issues in the lower hz (0-50 hz usally) and less or no mic feedback and thats important for high volumes like a pa systems. and they like to use 20 + hz for sound quality. unfortinatly e-drums are sensitive to being smashed hard buy the drumstick and don't offer the same sound.
if u hit near the edge of a acoutstic drum it makes a diffrent sound then when u hit in the middle, but e-drums don't.
@lgoodwin88 A really good sound guy will prefer acoustic even if it's harder to control, because it will most definitely sound incomparably better and natural. These e-drums here sound like a piece of shit, sorry! The E's will never compare to acoustic
you don't get it--don't worry about the instrument--it's the praise that counts! this church is so huge there's no way to mic each cymbal/tom without picking up all the other musicians. the v-drums are amplified into the sound board with everything else
I have to worry about the instrument, I'm a drummer. What you're saying doesn't make sense. It's the smaller churchs that have to incorporate electronic drums. If what you're saying is true then arena's would have to use electronic drums and do they? NO. A good microphone on acoustic drumkits will not allow bleeding from the other instruments especially if you have a good sound guy and incorporate gates on the mics. You don't have to mic every cymbal and drum.
well you're not our drummer, and it works for us :) I'm a drummer too. it's an amazing kit i've played both acoustic and v-drums and it's not the instrument it's what you do with it that matters most

This is pretty good. My praise band and I are just learning this song. Wanted to hear some examples.
