does everyone like their matrix? Thinking of getting a used one, like a 06-07, and there seemed to be a lot of complaints about transmission issues that Toyota will not acknowledge. Anyone have tranny problems?

This is an awesome commercial! The city view of Canada and the cell splitting is so cool. I love the special effects. The music, as everyone else says, is great too. Thanks for sharing! I tried contacting the band Sissy and they were jerks. Promising that they'd send me a copy of the track from this commercial on over the weekend on March 2. Nothing happened; I ask again on March 14th to see if it's gonna happen and they replied "not now it ain't". Save your money this band ain't worth it.

If you want the track get it from limewire; search for "Toyota matrix song" or "cell splitting". If you still can't get it let me know and I'll email it to you.

Toyota seems to create songs specifically for their ads. Like that one with that girl and her dad where she's listening to this song and the lyrics were "I got it, I love it," etc., one of their slogans. Or it could've been Honda.

The music was created specifically for the commercial, and was never publicly released. It is really unknown as to who did the song. It is an amazing song... I wish they had released it!

I found this commercial by just doing random searches. Go to yahoo.com and go to the search menu. Type in Toyota Matrix and it should come up with this commerial. Don't forget to click on the video tab next to images and audio so that the search engine only looks for videos. Hoped that helped :)
