second: In the ''Extra mode'' you can pic allmost all of the characters(nam,pilaf,piccolo,g­ohan,jacky choun...) if you collect the pictures of the characters and the 7 dragon balls.

Great review! I love this game!!! I agree that they should have put the Piccolo Jr. saga in the game. They NEVER do that in ANY Dragonball game that I know of. I disagree that they should have a sequel. Cuz the game is based on Dragonball, and if they had a Dragonball Advance Adventure 2, it would be very short cuz it would only have the Piccolo Jr. saga. Yeah I know there are other events that take place after Piccolo Jr. but it's not much.

played that game on an emulator before it even came to the us(it was a random download) & I still love it, the tournament/ 1 on 1 mode was fun too since the fighting was so easy to get used to

I was the first to ever like this game waaay ages ago, this is my favourite game!! It is a rare game but I love it, I feel like Goku throughout the game it goes through the story so great. To me this wasnt a simple 2d game, you can do amazing techniques I bet you havnt even fugured it out fatsoe

Great review, I'm glad I wasn't the only one that loved this game, I truly think Advanced Adventure is one of the most underrated DB games ever. It reminded me of games I grew up with like Streets of Rage and Golden Axe, I would love another DB game like it.

I`ve had this game on my psp for a long time and its one of my favorites I introduced it to all my friends that are dbz fans and they didnt know about it and they sure love it to and another cool adventure game for the gameboy advance was DragonBall GT Transformation.It wasnt as good as this one but it was still enjoyable and something new that wasnt all fighting.

one more thing...I only own the original gameboy and a sega game gear when it comes to portable game systems if you dont include my ipod touch and the multitudes of cellphones ive owned. What im getting to is that i wonder if dragonball ever came out with anything on the game gear. right after im done typing this i will google it.

I get what your saying about the handhelds being overlooked and all because some of my favorite Dragonball games are the handhelds but you shouldn't seem like your bashing the DBZ fighting games because a majority of DBZ fans even people who played the handhelds think Budokai 3 is the best. In my opinion it is but I do get where your comming from though

Budokai 3 is my favorite even though I like the hand held games because it's the only DBZ fighting game that felt like a real fighting game. I even think If they continued to make the DBZ fighting games like that one they would even have tournaments with DBZ games like they do for SF and Tekken and so on.
