damn.. "barely can hear it"... what happens if you turn those fans down to about 800rpm?
the cable coulour is much better now, didn't like the old one
what i don't understand yet: you're spending an awful lot of money for watercooling components and fittings, but you aren't going for a fully modular power supply? how does that go together?
@probaner92 Fair, but... I like to play with watercooling parts and layout. Electronics just building bricks for me, with all honesty I don't care. Anybody can pick up latest parts and put them together. I need some challenge, so it was interesting to try non-modular version for a change. I really like Black Nickel finish of this PSU, so it will stay.
The sleeving is not bad, the green is a bit too bright for my taste though, but it's a good idea to mix in the green with the black so that you have some colors in there. If you would have found some kind of grayish purple and would have mixed it in with the black I think it would have been perfect.
Very nice Daz. I've gotta say i don't really like the 'fluo green' sleeve they stick out WAY too much. I'd like to see / hear how those two rads cooled by the tribewerk fans are fixed up. If i recall you did a previous video demonstrating this - So ill go look for that now. :)
@BIGBOE133 Why don't you go buy him some newer cards then. I'm sure DazMode does well for himself but he has other priorities then buying video cards to please you. As a small business owner he has added expenses on top of the normal expenses we have all have. I'm not trying to be shitty here but come on man, just look at the beauty of this system.
@BIGBOE133 he has said many times before, he is waiting for gtx680s, anyone who buys GTX 5 series atm is crazy, unless they Must build their machine asap with ati already releasing 7000 series and nvidia updates just around the corner, plus 2 470s will still crush most things..
Hi Daz,...I've got an i7-970...cooling with a Corsair A70. I would like to attempt my first ever Overclock...but the temps I have been told, are already not good enough with this cooler. Corsair H100 has been recommended for an overclock...what do you think? (My case is Corsair 800D). I would like to get OC over 4GHZ.
