just out of curiousity... why do you guys practice this? It looks like great training for a boxer etc. But I thought a Bak Mei/Wing Chun/Hakka artist would be practicing to move and angle in. Looks like alot of energy that could be used for hitting the opponent is not being used? Not a put down... just a question.
well,ur right,but this is only1xercise ;) this is very useful4dealing w/some1 w/a knife or a larger oponent.this is also useful4angling.notice his feet r not moving until necessary,which means the oponent is angling himself4destruction.thank u4the enlitened comment
