I've raged much MUCH harder than this because of the sawed-off. That gun is the most frustrating thing to deal with in gaming to date. Worse than commando and tubes in MW2.

the gnasher on the other hand is 7 bullets per reload, which equals SEVEN one shot kills per reload if you're skilled with it. believe me bro, a good player with a gnasher, is allways going to beat a good player with a sawed off...

I like the retro. But i do think that its close up maybe nerf it so its not as strong, but it was made to counter the sawed off, so you guys know. like i have no trouble with retros when i have my gnasher ( hope i spelled that right ) out, but more often then not you will lose a shotgun fight to the sawed off. I think epic should not nerf the retro, but make the sawed off a pick up weapon. Not a spawn with weapon. I would rather have that.

@PoutyWand They're trash, agreed, but Gears 3 is so good they don't ruin the game at all. Simple solutions really: Make the DBS a power weapon(they won't remove it), and spread out the blind fire on the Retro since that shit is too accurate from the hip.

@UFACIL problem not solved their not going to make the Sawed off a power weapon, i think they just need to make the spread a little smaller, and remove the capability of downing people. and the retro lancer NEEDS to be Nerfed and the blind fire does need be spread out, actually i think the active reload needs to be removed from the retro, it would make sense since its an old gun they could say the gun isn't capable of active reloading... problem solved?

@PoutyWand I agree with you, but I don't know that Epic is going to cut down the spread of the SO even if it does take up most of the screen, but I do think that it should either be a body or barely any damage. The range (in my experiences) was never more than a character's (marcus or cole, or around that size) width, so that is fine.

and Epic has said that the Retro now has a much larger spread from the hip (it is pretty much useless there).
