Its possibly seazed mate. If youve been running it on the wrong fuel mixture, or if its been running too hot, it may well have seazed. The other possibility is that something has broken either in your gearbox or combustion chamber. I would try having the cylinder head off and inspecting the top end, I would also add some oil to the cylinder bore and bottom end, this will help and seazure. Good luck.
