  • Good tutorial as always but I am a bit confused with the adding of thread. Karla, I didn't see you put a new thred in.

I am about to make a similar bracelet using size 11 beads but I need clarification please.

    Thank you,

  • What brand of 6/0 seeds did you use that are so uniform? I have Japanese Dyna-Mites and Czech seeds but even after culling I would not be able to have such perfectly similar sized beads. Thanks.

  • i love it.thanks

  • Hi! I love your work. One question though, how would I add a watch face to this project?

  • This is the 1st tutorial I watched that I actually understood what was being said and I could hear what you were saying. thank you for a great job.

  • okay I've watched this 3x's and has gotten a big headache, my bead don't look anything like yours, it looks like something alien. they get alled mix up. I will try again tomorrow, Thank anyway, you still a great teacher

  • Hey I am a merchant seaman and have taking this up as a sea going hobby. Videos are excellent, thank you. Now a master of the PEYOTE stitch!!!!!!!

  • Not sure if I like those colors together, but I like the bracelet!

    Thanks!

  • Rather confusing after the 3rd row. Does the thread have to be passed through each bead until the endas there are no more gaps to be filled in. Thanks. Rihana

  • Does this bracelet have empty spaces to fill up to the end or does it become even after the the 4th row (as shown in your video) and all that is to be done is to pass the thread through each bead until the desired length is achieved. Thanks for your kind response.

  • i enjoyed this one especially. i've just started getting into the peyote and stitching. i have some trouble with properly ended the threads, but this spelled it out perfect for me. nonw i want to try the odd count and see how i do... do you have any instructionals for bead looms?

  • I've tried making this three times now and it just won't lay flat. Why does it keep turning slightly in the middle of it? I've taken it apart again and will try one more time to do it again. *sigh* Hey Karla?! How about a video where you don't get it right too and then show us how to fix it??? That would really help. I got the odd count peyote stitch, no problem, the first time, but this even one's driving me crazy!!! HELP!!!

  • Are your beads exactly the same size? If their not identical in size, that could be your problem. You did say that you made a flat odd count. If it's not the bead size, I don't know what it could be.

  • Thanks for the great video! I'm about to go buy some beads so I can make a bracelet today :)

  • the best teaching video i have found....I have gotten books and they still did not show how to do it....the books think people can already do bead work lol

  • I agree, i'm trying it now! it's super cool to see how it comes together like that. Thank you Ms. Karla for showing me something i can do with my limited supplies. P.S. if you don't have firewire, dental floss works just as well :)
