you know some skinny people eat lot of fat food, they think they dont have fat and have to gain weight, actually they are increasing their cholesterol level up, you'll end up having heart attack or Stroke.

@OwnageAxe - Your body fat percentage isn't low enough. You're probably at 10%. Try dieting more and losing more body fat percentage (not necessarily pounds) focus a lot on ab exercises get them nice and built and consume 50% protein of your body weight. Make sure you diet correctly and do something that burns calories a lot. I suggest plyometrics or Kenpo karate. Diet, exercise, and lots of ab workouts and you will notice it coming in better and better. :)

@chaitea3 crunches on a ball works too good for your back.. a recommendation though.. if you only train abs and skip training your back... you will get reaaaallly bad back problems.. got a friend thats about 23 and his back is totally screwed up because of little back training and training abs 3 times a week for a few years..

Burning fat is very underestimated by people who want to get abs. I know a lot of people who do tons of crunches but ignore the layer of fat thats covering their stomach. good video.
Not everyone has a six pack under fat. If you do say 500 crunches every day then you wont get a six pack. But if you do say 60 minutes of cardio and then 500 crunches you will get a six pack.

no, he just means that everyone has some abdominal muscles already, no matter how small, we all have them because our body needs them....so working out is making them bigger, but some people already have big abs you just cant see them, but then again some people(like you) are naturally skinny, so you need to work out more than the average man......but yeah man if you started to work out, then you would get abs, just takes time ! and no, dont gain fat, fat does NOT convert to muscle
If you're skinny you start doing crunch after crunch after crunch.
Start with full range crunches for about 20 seconds, move to static crunches for 20 seconds, then do a failure for about 10. That works the top part of your abs, for the bottom I reccomend doing leg-lifts while your body is flat on the ground.

Well this would depend on a couple things...your current fat and fitness levels and how often you workout..also dieting is more important to get a six pack you need two things..Get rid of belly fat, and strengthen abdominal muscles Just work on a diet and eat 5-6 meals a day because your bdy will get used to eating on a routine and raise your metabolism. contrary to popular belief the so called low carb diets do nothing except short term gain. Your body will compensate and store it as fat.
The thing that no-one ever mentions regarding six packs is the importance of genetics. If you have large spaces between your abs then obviously they are going to show more easily, wheras if your gaps are very narrow they won't show very much even with very low body fat. I can think of many boxers who have very low body fat and obviously have strong abs,but very little definition!

K here we go:
1. Make sure you eat 6 meals a day with fruits and lots of proteins.
2. run 30 mins cardio every day
3. after running, eaxcercise for 15 mins (crunches, pushups, and pullups)
4.dont work out or rtun on sundays, and do all the other days.

if you don't run regularly I reccomend starting off like this:
run about a quarter mile, walk a quarter mile run quarter mile walk a quarter mile
1st day goal do 2 miles of this.
2nd day rest (its bad to run day after day if you're just starting)
3rd day run: run quarter mile walk eigth of a mile
goal: 2 miles
just keep building on that eventually until you can run a mile walk a quarter mile.

Well this would depend on a couple things...your current fat and fitness levels and how often you workout..also dieting is more important to get a six pack you need two things..Get rid of belly fat, and strengthen abdominal muscles Just work on a diet and eat 5-6 meals a day because your bdy will get used to eating on a routine and raise your metabolism. contrary to popular belief the so called low carb diets do nothing except short term gain. Your body will compensate and store it as fat.

The thing that no-one ever mentions regarding six packs is the importance of genetics. If you have large spaces between your abs then obviously they are going to show more easily, wheras if your gaps are very narrow they won't show very much even with very low body fat. I can think of many boxers who have very low body fat and obviously have strong abs,but very little definition!
