  • @dcottoncandy Keep trying. You just have to change the muscle memory of your fingers. They're probably so used to plaiting/braiding that the desire to braid is somewhat automatic. It took me a while to "reprogram" my fingers.

  • This is the first video I've watched on three-strand twisting and I feel confident in saying I won't have to go back to find any others! Using the three different colors of yarn AND moving slowly makes it perfect. I'll be trying these this weekend. Thanks for posting this!

  • Thank you so much for breaking this down by using three yarn strings! This is awesome. It's made my day, lol. I've been wanting to learn how to do this for the longest. =]

  • empressm6 I have not got it...yet...

  • thanks, i finally get it :'D

  • You are wonderful Thanks so much you' ve made it very easier that anyone on utube very innovative,,,God Bless

  • This looks like platting?

  • No it's not...At first that's what I thought too...but actually look at what she is doing. When you plait each piece moves to the middle. This twist takes the piece furthest to our left (her right) and moves it to our right (her left). So it's like each section gets a turn to wrap around towards the right (her left) while a plait gives each section a turn to move from either side to the middle. Sounds confusing I know lol. But watch the movement closely, you will get it : )

  • Totally de-Mystified haha

  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!! I have been trying to watch some videos but it's always hard to see. The yarn is wonderful for demonstrative purposes. Thank you.
