  • Excellent video, and very informative.

  • Is there somewhere you guys have the budget for this car posted? It would be cool to see what was spent on the car and in what areas. I'm curious to see what this project cost start to finish not including labor.

  • I can't stand rust.

  • @MrThecanuck I can't stand hondas. Steel is fixable, stupidy is not.

  • wow great job, i love the use of the Flanger/Punch Tool it is on my Christmas list, i am confused after all that work you are going to use spatter coat? sounds like a textured paint , if so would it have really have mattered? ps thanks for doing a trunk install , it is section number 3 on my list of panels needing to be replaced, even though its a gm car and mine is a mopar the principles are the same, happy Christmas to every one at V8TV and thank you for making great content bring on 2012

  • @vcval Wow, thanks for the kind words! We used a trunk spatter paint at the end to reproduce the original color / texture of the Camaro's trunk floor when it was new. However, the panel was certainly nice enough to be painted body color and left smooth. In our case, the spatter was not done to hide imperfections like many. Good luck with your Mopar!
