  • This is one very "testy" video. =p

  • i watched this film hier soir, and today I'm still trying to figure out who could have been filming them... p.s. people pay attention to when the credits roll at the end...

    anyways, great movie.

  • a mordern masterpiece, my fav. scene was the dog story at the table with their friends.

  • @SaturnElena hahaha, that was a good story. what do you think the meaning behind it was??

  • Utterly Brilliant! First time in my life I have been startled by surprise by a scene (and Im a film junkie). After having watched Funny Games, The Pianist and Cache I can declare myself officially a Haneke Fan. I cant wait to get into "The 7th Continent" and the rest of his films, but I am afraid of watching them all and not having anymore Haneke in my life. So Far, in my opinion: Cache 9.8/10, The Pianist 9/10 and Funny Games 8.5/10.

  • magic*

  • no soundtrack, no special effects, no bullshit...and yet one of the scariest movies of all time..THAT is the maic of Haneke

  • @wreyoG Excellent comment! Thanks! Quite agree.

  • What a waste of time. I'm a film student and I think this was a terrible film. The occasional 'shock' scenes of the film are the only reason that I continued watching (barely). I'm a huge fan of thrillers, but this was an overall disappointing film.

  • @MsMoneySterling Lol, "I'm a film student"

  • @MsMoneySterling I watched this film in a script writing class, now what I learned is don't trust the camera and people. A student said after the credits rolled "The film has no middle or end." What he said was funny, but there has to be more discussions about this movie than appraising as a "great" film.

  • i remember i shat a brick when the credits came up

  • Great film! I don't understand how this "hollywood" correlation got connected to it since it's a French film...I usually associate anything "Hollywood" with American cinema. Also this type of movie isn't for everyone so to each their own, if you liked it great! If not, then you know to avoid films like this. Either way, I had no expectations and went into this film blind and I think if you do the same you will appreciate it more.

  • I was so disappointed by this movie the first time I saw it. No doubt it was partially because I was led to believe it was something totally different. But after further viewings it gets much better.

  • Im watching this tonight :p

  • oh everyones a critic....uhhgg

  • i saw the movie, it was nice, but!

i didn't like the end at all!!!!!

who the hell send those video's then???

  • Mesmerized by the subtext, baffled by the twists and protagonist's response, I was at first disappointed that all that tension was not neatly wrapped up at the end. On reflection, as a political study of power, injustice, and conscience, the ambiguous ending works well.

  • @fusselyou Excellent comment! I agree on all points.

  • @fusselyou To reiterate unpretentiously: This shit was fuckin' BOSS.

  • Does anybody know what are the names of the 2 streets in the 1st shot? Merci

  • My favorite Haneke movie

  • @meister334 Le Temps Du Loup is his best!!!

  • This is probably the worst movie i've ever seen

  • @2kroo michiel, je bent epic :P

  • @ruupi01 haha, mr het is echt een hele slechte film dus ik waarschuw mensen voordat ze die film gaan kopen, net zoals me pa:P

  • @2kroo

Then you have very poor taste in film

  • @2kroo sorry it wasn't typical hollywood trash

  • @thefriendsociety well, i'm not watching all that hollywood trash, but can you please tell me what it is that you liked on this film, because I still think this is the worst movie ever

  • This trailer show how exactly the movie is going.

All the film is relate me of self lying and pose.

  • Such an immense film...it leaves itself rattling around inside your brain...long after viewing.

I think the above...is why I find Haneke's work so absorbing and fascinating.

This is definitely one of the better 'trailers' for this masterpiece.

  • A disturbing but great movie 5*

  • Thanks for all your nice comments. Much appreciated.

  • I gotta see this! Biggest thanks for sharing this Rick!

  • Downloading it from btjunkie
