  • nice 6 string

  • Very amazing sound. i like this sound.

  • too Bass for his technique.

  • that is not how a bass should play

  • This guitar is awful

  • @vieri031 criticizing that bass is like making fun of john pattiuci, gerald veasely, steve bailey, or john myung.

  • How does she carry it? It's an amazing bass, but a really heavy one too. And she seems to be small....

  • Wow, guess that is a chick O.o great bassist thou

    .

  • I like yamaha's 4-string basses alright, but the problem with their 5-string basses is that the neck is too wide, which makes them extremely difficult to play. For 5-string basses, I like the Ibanez ones. very comfortable and easy to play. and they sound great. plus, the Ibanez's price is much more reasonable. the Yamaha signature serie's are overpriced.

  • @cciemail Not completely true about those signature models. This bass, the Yamaha TRB JP2 is so expensive, cause it has a 7 piece, sandwich body. 5 pieces of Alder, Ash and Maple and then a lovely Figured Maple top and back as a finish. That takes alot of time and precision too build, so no wonder it's that expensive. And not too forget : This bass had 26 frets and 2 custom pick-ups.

  • @cciemail The ibanez signatures are ridiulously priced, the yamaha necks are thinner than they used to be but everyone has different tastes! Like i had an older TRB and i hated the neck (6 string) and i got an Ibanez BTB (love the neck! 6 string) and now i have a new TRB (6 string) and i love it haha

  • tienes ke sakar el PHUA!!!! jejeje she plays really well :)

  • Wendy is amazing ;-)

Yamaha USED to make such great basses (JP6, TRB, BBG5, N.E. Models), but all of their recent models are incredibly ugly!...especially the cheap paintwork & dull colours.

Back in 2000, I knew many people who had Yamaha basses but now, I don't know anybody who uses them.

Yamaha should bring back the classy & colourful basses they had in the 90's/early 2000's.......

  • @ShynAwkward

I agree completely. Every desirable Yamaha bass was made at least 10 years ago and all the newer models look like complete garbage.

Every Youtube, Yamaha bass video has somebody playing a Yamaha model from 10 years ago but you never see anybody playing the cheaper, uglier, newer models?!

    Yamaha what happened???

  • @1Electrosexual Schecter got their shit together

  • can i hire this woman as my personal bass teacher? this is sick!

  • @Basstard22 she is my teacher hehe

  • @willbassyeahsgindo that's very cool. pay alooot of attention too this woman :-P

  • That bass looks like a tree close to her

  • She's cute and you can tell she's serious....!

  • rhcp-higher ground

  • @MrArsg13 Higher Ground alright, originally written by Stevie Wonder, but you should check out Marcus Miller's amazing take on the song :)

  • Very bright sound!!! BTW Hope to you see all you all in the upcomming show at Esplanade in August.. amba

  • Why does some Yamaha endorsers that didn`t get theirs own signature bass guitar?

  • That is a great bass! Yamaha makes excellent bass, I have a TRB 5 in the first series, 1995, and it sounds very good.

  • Cool, Wendy. Congrats for the endorsement
