A Mercedes SLR  from 2010 it costs almost500.000$ against 80.000$ NISSAN GTR

The SLR dindn't seem 6 times faster in fact it Lost from 0-60 mph

In the past was not even possible to compare two cars or make a drag race when the prices were more than 400.000$ difference

A single, huge turbo is fantastic for the drag strip because how you have high rpm before you even start racing, which means you don't have to wait for the huge turbo to spool (bigger turbos normally spool slower than smaller ones) but for road course or time attack, definately go with 2 smaller turbos, if anything, have a small one, then a big one, the small one spools, makes more power, helps the big one spool, and you make even more power than one huge turbo, even faster.. :)

for starters im assuming you mean 1/8th mile which is some corny shit anyway. 2nd, putting one big turbo on a supra is the best way to get the most power and spool the quickest. Whether or not its a dyno queen or a 1000bhp supra with 315 radials on the back is just a matter of whether its actually driven, and setup properly.

GTR has no chance. After 150km/h SLR will just fly away from it. Naturally GTR is about as fast in a straight line as BMW M5 or Merc E63 AMG. 0-100km/h doesn't mean too much for a sports car, 100-250km/h is much more important.

First off, it cant eat anything if it beats it it might be by a bit, i have seen an e55 run 12.20 1/4/ mile and the gtr is reporting high 11's 1/4 mile so either way it would be a close run and depends on the start.
