For all people who want to play Angry Birds smooth, just wait it out. A month or two ago, Rovio games or whatever they are called, announced that they will make a ''Lite'' version for cellphones like HTC Wildfire, to run smoother and better. What HTC wildfire lacks is CPU power enough to handle the physics of Angry birds. Either you could overclock or just wait.
@xkewx Dude i have overclocked and even with overclock you can't play lagg free (still a little better than no OC) this is due to the wildfire not having a GPU so we can't play demanding games :( Nonetheless you can still do cool stuff like live wallpaper, all market apps and wifi hotspots!
Sorry but i was also wondering if it is better to use the 2.2 upgrade from HTC or root the device. I am new to android phones so i am not to sure......
The new Froyo sucks..... I don0t like it at all, you'll need an overclocked ROM for shure, and DON'T install Froyo if you're ROOT, you will loose the capability install cooked versions of Frodo.
