Nice job. I am a BMW man, so I was busy looking for "design flaws". The engine and suspension anamation is incredible - I think some slight color variations of the parts would help. I dig the music as it adds energy to the presentation. Try messing with lights more for an even cooler look!
. I did chuckle at the rear footpegs folding down and back. The nut spinning must faster than the thread translation. Can you actually remove the sparkplugs on this bike? They look pretty buried.
RODY101285 must be joking, there is no way first year students would do that unless they spend every evening indoors on Pro E. In fact same goes for 3rd year students!! That video was extremely impressive. Please tell me how long you took to do that, or is this a team effort? Either way, great job.
The best source to learn ProE is a university with an accredited engineering program. The softare is about $5k and it isn't something that one usually teaches themself but it could probably be done if you are motivated.

I think this is a very average project. If you are hoping to win any competitions with this then think again. I'm an engineering postgrad and have seen better work from first years.
awesome man how did u do that ...that ws relly a tough job ,im a 3rd yr mechanical engg student n i hv completed my proe course ,,,,even i wud like to make somethin like dat,cud u plzzzzzzzzz help me???????
In Wildfire's mechanism module you can define springs (default colour is light blue for springs) that will compress etc. you cant dynamically change (compress / extend) a model of a spring. Although it is possible to show a single model of a spring in different states of compression etc on a assembly but only after a regen - i.e. you cant move it dynamically.
cool!!!

I wouldn't reccomend ProE anymore, but it does provide a decent balance between price and functionality
Alphacam is the best that I have seen, but it is about eight time the price
