They never sing rain on me. This is a prayer asking for the latter rain to come down in a flood. For the saints of GOD to be reannointed and for others to be born again of the water and the SPIRIT (John 3:3). In Acts you will read that the Belivers walked in the fear of GOD and miracles,signs & wonders followed them. The latter rain is taking place now.
I have been with Michael W. Smith when he sang this song, but it PALED in comparison to this song being sung with Apostolic and Holy Ghost Annointing!
