@IxAMxAxTURTLE7824 this video did a terrible job showing it... a couple hours before this it was seriously about 4' wide... you had to run and jump to miss the puddles on the road, and it was flowing crazy fast, and almost half a foot deep... as someone who grew up in the Skagit... it was definitely worse than how the Skagit is usually... that was some serious rain that MV only really gets on the really bad days ;)
Haha. Thats almost as bad as Skagit County is on a regular basis.
