Khoya is made from milk. Khoya is made by cooking milk slowly where about 50-85% of the moisture in the milk is reduced. This reduced milk is called as Khoya. Khoya is made with different methods. Depend for what you using. So basically it is thick enough to make any Indian sweet dishes sucha as barfi, Halwa etc...Hope this helps. Feel free to ask if more questions.
