  • Great recipe Bhavna ... would have liked if you had mentioned the quantity of ingredients eg how much ghee for what quantity of doodhi ... things like that ... will "eye-ball" and try to make it ... let's see how it turns out. Thank you for the post :)

    Khoya is made from milk. Khoya is made by cooking milk slowly where about 50-85% of the moisture in the milk is reduced. This reduced milk is called as Khoya. Khoya is made with different methods. Depend for what you using. So basically it is thick enough to make any Indian sweet dishes sucha as barfi, Halwa etc...Hope this helps.
