i'm playing oboe and bassoon and i'm the only oboe player at my school. its mostly just flute and clarinet players. someone needs to join me! my vocal music teacher does play oboe though so we play sometimes.

Wikipedia is not always right, and in this case, it's stating a colloquialism as a fact. Most people use the two terms interchangeably, including composers. first when u play a instrument , sit straight and butts 1/3 out of the chair. and did u tune? coz it was way out of tune. and pls no funky hair while playing music.

@teckkuan1997 Your advice seems like it came from a middle school band director. Good support does not come from sitting on a chair a certain way, tuning is not about having one note on your instrument in tune, and my studio teacher has blue hair.
