I did exactly as sporky.

At the first war with US, I did very good and could have destroyed US but unfortunately the game didn't allow me to add war goals.

Second war with US was hopeless, they had twice my army. I did good in the beginning, maximum army, lots of money reserves but even with superior tatics it was impossible. So I try to inspire on sporky's strategy

I think you should go all out and try to get the brotherhood of the revolution to become your ruling party and have a Communist/Socialist CSA.
