Time 8:36 some of us "non-Roman Catholic" Christians try to look to the totality of scripture too. Your point about setting scriptures up against each other is well placed on Matt. Clearly his exegesis on Acts 2:38 is tortured. No doubt that is because of prior commitments, not from the text of Acts 2, as your arguments illustrate quite well.
Time 5:29 Matt's argument is that verbs must agree with their subjects in person and number. That argument is answered by Carrol Osborne, "idiomatic usages are not "violations of a rule," but established usages in their own right. Consequently, it is syntactically incorrect to appeal to a "rule" about concord in person and number between subject and verb, while overlooking established idiomatic usages which vary from the usual." In short, Matt is, as you point out, wrong!
Time 4:15 - Nail on the head! Ulrich Zwingli believe he was the first "doctor of the Church" to observe that baptism is not necessary for salvation. That was in 1523. If that were true, that means that the Apostles failed to transmit the correct doctrine, even to the earliest Christians. Quite an oversight. Doesn't sound like a point that is easy to confuse, or is susceptible to obvious misapprehension.
Time :37 ff - Your points are valid, but also verse 22 we see Jesus disciples baptizing, into the teaching that Jesus is ushering in the kingdom of God. We know that John's baptism was "for the remission of sins;" so we can infer the same for this baptism in John 3:22. Thus it lacked only the Spirit, which was in verse 5; thus prophetic in view of the coming Pentecost.
And i think that BaptistAV 1611 guy should just like the GodNotFound anti-Catholic sentiment be shut down, this hate stuff is sickening, if you watch his videos it will make you sick, lets pray for these lost souls
Why would Jesus say this then if it was'nt necessary
Matthew 28:19 (King James Version) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Where is any mention of that sinners prayer?

This guy is lame. Any ambiguity in Jhn 3:5 is definitely cleared up in the words of the Great Commission.
