@1socal450 The 7 is a good bike. If you're on a Nomad I don't think the swap will make much difference. They are very different bikes, the Yeti ASR7 is a very tall, steep bike for a 170/160mm bike. It feel likes a trail bike with loads of travel. In my opinion the best 160 travel bike is the Orange Alpine 160 - feels like a mini DH bike. It's not the fastest uphill though.
yeah back fixed. did it in April and back on bike within couple of months. Back to normal 6 months on. Full marks to Frimley hospital which is conveniently close to Swinley.
