telescreen has far surpassed dredg if they keep up what they're doing. dredg's last album was a total flop.

dredg is my favorite band, however I much preferred Telescreen when they I saw both of them play in NYC.

I'm surprised dredg fans, who are usually open minded, say that "Telescreen made them fall asleep". Any fan of El Cielo shouldn't have that kind of ignorance.

I don't know what the haters are talking about. My uncle told me about this band and I think they're really good. Beautiful music, and I really don't care about the telescreen schtick. I thought the screen just added to the song, but that's just me. Really great stuff, wish they had the Solar Sea on iTunes.

Why do people have such negative comments about them? They are a spot on band who is creative and all around great at what they do. Sure they might not be a bad metal band and therefore you feel you have to criticize them because they are different... in my book they are gold

Let's keep it positive here people...please. The reality is, their music is great, the screen definitely works, and their show in Atlanta was incredibly creative and very moving. I hope to see them again soon. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!!

hey i was at the show in nyc and i can safely say that they were indeed well received, maybe if you moved the hair out from in front of your eyes with your self loathing fucking haircut, you would have realized that people were completely taken by them. you can go back to your "cutting" now..

this band does suck. i just saw them on the 9th at the theater of living arts in philly. i literally fell asleep waiting for dredg to come on. judgement, who opened first, was awesome. except the singer reminded me of that faggot ass geddy lee. with robert plant hair. and he was definitely lookin like a fag when he was rockin out and posing at the front of the stage. but it's cool. they were fuckin sweet. and dredg was fucking sweet. you could hear everything perfectly.

There is nothing special about this band. The singer steals the show. The screen was useless. I saw them on friday night in NYC and they weren't well received!

I think you were in a different audience than I was or we have different concepts on what well received is. There were people there who had seen the band in other states and had come just to see them. I overheard them talking about how psyched they were to be seeing the band again to their friends who had never seen them. I personally dragged my best-friend along with me and he loved them also. Their music is amazing - far better than a LOT of the bands out there today.

Still a shame Codeseven broke up though. Jeff's voice combined with the Tuttle brothers musical chemistry was just awesome(except for their wayward rap-core album they first put out haha).

Funny that you say that. I was first put off by the screen, but then I listened to them and realized they have some beautiful music.
