  • I have the blunt complete, trying to remove the forks, and I cant. Tutorial or tell me how? please :(?

  • @klika509 To take the forks off, you need to remove the compression cap of the headset. Then use a 5mm allen key to unscrew the compression bolt on top of the forks. Pull the shim off the forks after you pull the compression bolt off. Then slide the forks down through the headtube.

  • does the fsa PIG headset (non sealed threedless) work with Envy/blunt IHC forks also with madd mgp deck?!!?!??!?!?

  • is it dialed?

  • i have these forks and its as tight as possible and when you put the bars and clamp on the top cap (dustcover) spins when you turn it with ur hand . and it makes a rattle noise whilst riding

  • do you need an integrated deck?

  • @lethal8454 The Envy IHC forks work with either a standard or integrated deck.

  • what could i use clampwise

  • @couldntmakeaname If you are using standard bars (1 1/4") with the Envy IHC forks, you can use any standard (1 1/4") 2, 3, or 4 bolt clamp.

  • @SmokinScooterz ok thx for the help on both of my questions

  • why couldnt you just take the compression bolt out and replace the long black thing with another crown race and install the scs system?

  • Can I put IHC compression on my mgp threadless forks?

  • @J0ILBREAK3R The Envy Declare IHC forks are the only forks on the market that currently use IHC compression. The compression is built into the forks so you wouldn't be able to replicate IHC on your MGP threadless forks.

  • instead of using ihc compression can i use the phoenix scs compression on this fork? pppppppppppppppppppppppppppppplllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz respond.

  • @flyscooterz You cannot use Phoenix SCS compression in conjunction with the Envy IHC forks. I suppose you could if you pulled the top cap and star nut out of the SCS but that would just be turning the Phoenix SCS into a standard clamp.

  • do u still need oversized bars?

  • @YingLikeANitro256 You do not need to use oversized bars with the Envy IHC compression forks. The Envy Complete comes with IHC forks and Envy Stripper bars, which are standard 1 1/4" bars.

  • i have a serious problem. When i slide my bar onto my fork and tighten the clamp, the fork is still loose from the bar so when i ride my wheel is tilted to the left or right so i have to keep turning the fork so it is straight. How do i fix this. I dont want to find out that i spent a lot of money on my scooter only to find out that is crap, PLZZ help. I'll even post a video to show what is happening.

  • @129iphone I need some more information. Did you buy a Blunt Complete or did you build a custom scooter? If you bought a complete, do you still have the stock bars and forks? If you built a custom, what forks, bars, headset, and clamp are you using?

  • @SmokinScooterz I have razor ultra pro bars with either a blunt four bolt clamp or razor double bolt clamp, envy integrated headset, green v2-i deck, and the new 2012 blunt declare forks, the new forks are different because the new ones on the shim it is flat with no cup holder

  • Man u guys have the best reviews

  • My friends have told me that the axle part breaks very easy. is it a strong fork? and should I buy the inward dagger v2 or this? im in the middle of a decision, do you reccomend these forks for the late beginner riders?

  • @MrScooterguy101 The shim does tend to break on the IHC forks. If you're an aggressive rider, I'd go with the Dagger V2 forks. If you're a beginner rider and not too aggressive, the Envy IHC forks will work well, as you'll never have to tighten the head set.

  • Do you have to cut your bars down still if you have scs

  • @zuba147 If you're already using SCS and your bars are at the right height, you won't have to cut them down when you add the Envy IHC forks.

  • if u use a district v2-1 deck with an envy integrated headset and a blunt 3 bolt clamp with razor ultra bars, would it work?

  • @129iphone That set up would work.

  • Does the compression ring come with the forks? Please answer!

  • @xAwesomeTom The compression ring does not come with the forks; it comes with the headset.

  • hey chad i have stripper bars and the blunt battle headset and the blunt declare fork but my bars dont seem to want to fit on the fork....they go half way that it. iis that normal?

  • @hischannel33 That's not normal. That's the exact same setup that comes with the Envy Complete so there shouldn't be an issue with the Stripper bars, Blunt battle headset, and Blunt IHC Declare forks.

  • you have to strech the proto

  • @tailwhip720 How do you stretch the Proto SCS?

  • @SmokinScooterz all you have to do is loosen all of the bolts until their about half way out then you remove the botom bolt and thread it through the threaded hole and put a coin on the hole in the slit so it will push the clap out and thats how you stretch the proto or any scs

  • would this work with my normal threadless headset the FSA orbit XL 2?

  • @463boysambob The Envy (formerly Blunt) IHC forks will work with either threadless standard or integrated headsets.

  • do this fork work on a madd gear pro deck?

  • @steenarna123 Unfortunately, we don't sell MGP so I can't comment on what works with the Madd Gear decks.

  • why in the world did you put a SCS compression there if those forks already come with a compression system?!

  • @scooterperu You typically wouldn't use SCS with the Blunt IHC forks but if you already were using SCS and purchase the IHC forks, you could just pull the star nut and top cap out of your existing SCS so you didn't have to purchase a clamp to replace the SCS. Ideally, you would just purchase a clamp to replace the SCS.

  • can i use a normal oversized bar ??

  • do you need compression or can i just use my quad clamp? i have district bars

  • @tjscoots13 The forks have built in compression so you can just use your existing quad clamp.

  • i hav ihc forks, my bars have a slit, could i use a scs clamp like a normal clamp, iv heard you can. please reply or will it work with a blazer pro scs clamp like it does with that phoenix

  • @oldhousehed The best setup for the Blunt IHC Declare forks is bars with a slit and a standard clamp. I would not use SCS, as that defeats the purpose of having the IHC forks.

  • can you do another tut but on a normal deck like an MGP or razor or district or something please

  • @dannyboythatdude I could but the tutorial wouldn't be any different. The Blunt Declare IHC fork installation is the same regardless of what deck you pu them on.

  • when using blunt declare forks do you need a slit in your bars?

  • @CreativeHam720p When using the Blunt IHC Declare forks, you should use a standard 2, 3, or 4 bolt clamp and bars with a slit.

  • do frinch id tree bars work with them

  • @scootforlife831 Unfortunately, we don't sell French ID so I can't comment.

  • Hey anyone know if you need to use over sized bar or just normal bar and can you use a 2 bolt blunt clamp?

i got max peters bar with scs and on the scs there is a shim so i think my bars or like the normal sized bars. plz help me

  • so its kinda the same idea as hic but you have standard bars right?

  • @scooterguy9 yes

  • so to install the fork with oversized bars do need to use the hic shim on he fork? please write back as soon as possible.

  • So you don't need an integrated deck to use this, correct?

  • @xxxcrosmanhunterxxx The Blunt IHC forks work with either a standard or integrated deck.

  • Does this work with the apex SCS?

  • @scooterkid87 You are best off using a standard clamp. If you have an existing SCS, you can use it but you're not going to need the star nut or the top cap. Essentially, you would just be using the SCS as a clamp.

  • do i need an intergrated headset to use theese forks

  • @alfiebeechey97 The Blunt IHC forks work with either a standard or integrated headset.

  • Why would you use a scs compression system on it if it already has ihC compression on it???

  • @Skatrlife09 You wouldn't; you just need a standard 2, 3, or 4 bolt clamp.

  • @SmokinScooterz do u need oversized bars?

  • @Skatrlife09 you would pretty much just be using it as a clamp

  • is that a threaded fork

  • @yaky492 The Blunt IHC forks are a threadless fork.

  • I dont get it. Are the forks like smaller in outer diameter that you can put a shim on it and standard bars will still fit?

  • @MissionSkateFilms Once you put the shim on the Blunt IHC forks, they have the same diameter as other forks.

  • can u show a toutorial for oversized bars

  • @districtpro540 When we get some oversized bars in stock, we'll do a Blunt IHC installation video.

  • will a blazer pro scs work on theese forks

  • @george20127 I'm not sure, I'm not familiar with the Blazer Pro SCS. If it has a built-in top cap that you can't remove, it won't work. If you can remove the top cap, then they should work.

  • does the IHC work with proto SCS?

  • @schug25 IHC forks do NOT work with the Proto SCS unless you can pull the top cap out of the SCS. We put a Proto SCS on the IHC forks but had to pull the top cap and star nut out, making it a standard clamp. Your best bet with the IHC forks is to just use a standard 2, 3, or 4 bolt clamp.

  • r u able to use oversized bars

  • @districtpro540 You can use standard or oversized bars.

  • will it only work with a intergrated headset

  • @rawboyjc No, they work with both standard and integrated headsets.

  • will this work with a normal standard lucky double clamp???

  • @KingScoots123 It will work with a standard Lucky double clamp.

  • hi do you ship to europe i want to buy scooter

  • @denixx123 We ship to Canada, Australia, and the UK.

  • Will it work with standard bars ans a pro comp double clamp without using ics

  • @Thescooterboyz100 The IHC forks will work with a standard double clamp without ICS.

  • thank you for your help

  • when will u guys restock on intergrated tsi flight decks

  • @danielBMXisFUN I should be getting more Flight 20 integrated decks in black on Wednesday of next week.

  • @SmokinScooterz sweet

  • @danielBMXisFUN Wednesday of next week. We have 2 Flight 20 black integrated decks coming in.

  • wud this work with a district integrated deck, fsa integrated headset, a blazer compression clamp and district v2 bars.

  • @xxqsepic1 Yes, the Blunt IHC forks will work with the District V2i deck, FSA integrated heaset, and V2 bars. I'm not familiar with the Blazer compression clamp. I assume it's an SCS. If so, you would have to pull the star nut and compression cap off the SCS, essentially making it a plain clamp. That would work.

  • @SmokinScooterz it says tht it includes a compression cap 4 bolts and a shim so would i just take out the compression cap

  • @xxqsepic1 I think you're talking about the Phoenix SCS clamp. The IHC forks come with a shim, which you would need to leave on. The Phoenix SCS does not come with a shim so you would just need to pull the compression cap and star nut off of the SCS and use it as a clamp.

  • @SmokinScooterz so would you have to have bars with a slit in them then if your technically turning it into a quad clamp ? or could you still use bars without a slit ?

  • @butty1308 We put Phoenix suicide bars on without a slit and they worked fine with the Phoenix Smooth SCS being used as a clamp.

  • The Blunt IHC forks will work the District V2 bars.

  • Does this fork work with district v2 bars?

  • Yes, the IHC forks work with a Blunt headset.

  • Yes, the IHC forks will work with an MGP team edition deck with an FSA threadless headset.

  • @SmokinScooterz will it work with a blunt headset

  • True, there is not point putting an SCS on....unless you already had one on your existing scooter, swapped out your old forks for the IHC forks, and didn't want to spend money on a new clamp.

  • will this work on a mgp team edition deck with a fsa threadless headset?

  • no point in putting a compression clamp on compression waste of weight and money

  • They will work with a blunt threadless headset and oversized bars. By Phoenix cylinder, I'm assuming you mean clamp. Phoenix only makes a standard size clamp so I'm not sure how the oversized bars would work with the Phoenix SCS. If you use a Phoenix SCS, you won't use the top cap or star nut and it would just act a s a normal clamp.

  • You can use IHC forks with any deck.

  • will they work with a blunt threadless headset, oversized bars and a phoenix cylinder!

  • can you use the IHC forks with a madd gear deck

  • Yes, the IHC forks will work with any threadless headset.

  • Can this be used witha FSA the pig headset ???

  • We address the compression systems that can be used with it at the end of the video. It will work with all 3 and 4 bolt clamps and an ICS system. It works with most SCS systems. We had an issue getting the Proto to work with it but the Phoenix Smooth and Grenade SCS worked with it just fine. See a previous comment from an individual who got it to work with HIC bars, as well.

  • The deck can be integrated or standard. The forks will work with either a standard or integrated headset but the headset does have to be threadless.

  • do you have to use scs with it

  • Do the decks have to be integrated ?

  • @SmokinScooterz i put a long mgp ship over the forks and put HIC bars on it and it works fine with a oversized clamp

  • Does it take HIC bars or standard

  • thanks heaps, try streching the scs -- /watch?v=f-LaJVk0lfM

  • thanks soo much ive been looking for this
