@blackbee31 your right man,whatever confidence Luffy has I doubt would match Naruto's he once said in Shippuden that even if he had no arms or legs he would still never give up against his opponent,and I'm somewhat having a hard time in life right now,and I feel like I don't exist,but naruto and other people inspire me to never give in,no matter how tough it gets.

@cashcarlkiller Sorry for the kinda late reply. This scene if from the first Naruto movie. Naruto: Ninja Clash In The Land Of Snow. I recommend watching it, and the other movies. I don't think all of the movies are in English Dubbed, but I'm sure most are. At least the Naruto ones are. I'm not sure if any of the Naruto Shippuden ones are though.

the japanese naruto voice fits him so much better. its like that voice IS narutos voice. the english voice sounds like hes TRYING to be naruto, but isnt. the japanese voice just wins hands down. that voice is naruto.

@joelfeb1988 Tell me something, did you watch the Japanese sub before reading the manga? Because the voice I imagined when I read the manga sounds nothing like Naruto's japanese voice and is closer to the english dub version. I think the dubs voice suits him better because he sounds sort of raspy and animalistic like the demon that he holds.

Japanese version is very emotional.I have wached above 410 episodes of naruto&Naruto Shippuden.And i haven't watch even 1 dubbed episodes because it don't have that emotional feeling that japanese version have.I have almost cried 8-9 times while watching Naruto.

@GameStarA1 I first watched Naruto on TV, which was english dubbed. And I watched until the Gaara/Naruto fight. Maybe a bit after that. Then I began to watch the other episodes online in Japanese. And i have to say, I find both emotional. And I'm not afraid to admit that I've cried watching Naruto. I'm confused though. You say you've seen over 410 episodes non-english because the english version "doesn't have that emotional feeling." How would you know if you haven't seen it in english yet?

Oh the American Naruto has emotion loads of it he's just more angry in most scenes than sad which I personally feel better matches how he seems in the manga.

@ImVincentt Haha, yeah. Alot of people tell me that. I don't really see anything wrong with the english voices to be completely honest with you. I don't see why so many people complain about them. The reason why this is in english though is because I watched Naruto in english first, and then continued to watch it untill I saw every episode. So then, I found this movie, and decided to watch it in english. Now, I watch Naruto in Japanese xD It's kinda better. I still like English Dubbed though.

@EvilSoulEatinBunny I dont see how things can be better or worse in English and Japanese. Voices are voices and there are no two people that sound exactly the same. Some people who only speak and understand English dont want to read subtitles and Actually like understanding just by listening. There's nothing wrong with the English voices they're great voice actors IMO. This scene makes me cry sometimes and I've never seen it in Japanese.

@EvilSoulEatinBunny I really enjoyed the english dub. I don't like all them, since some can be kinda poor. But a japanese friend of mine who speaks it fluently says there's a lot of lame japanese versions out there and sometimes some people who can't speak it fluently will say japanese versions are better because they're "original" and more emotional. alot of the time, the nonfluents tend to not actually hear the voice, but to "make up the emotions" and what they want to hear when watching...

I hear alot of people claiming in every english dub the voice actors are terrible and can't act, but I think they're just to watching it in japanese first and then get upset because the voice actors don't sound exactly the same or because they don't display the emotions the way they imagined.

@Rakeri18 Yeah, I really enjoyed this movie. Have you seen the others? Both Naruto and Naruto Shippuden? If not, I say go watch them all. Not all are in english dubbed but that didn't bother me.

@Emopimp11 Excuse me, but that's wrong. Luffy's (One Piece) guts and will strength is far more superior than Naruto. And that CAN'T be argued. Don't bash me, I also enjoy Naruto, but the reality is that Luffy has a huge will strength when compared to Naruto.

@DragonPT That is an opnion and it can be argued. Haven't seen Luffy's will or wat ever, but I honestly doubt that it could be more than Naruot's unless he faces the choice life, death, and giving up on a daily basis and always pushing on despite everyone he knows hating him for reason he has no clue about, and almost litterally cheating death because he is too stubborn to give up.
