It's not really meant to be secret as much as it's meant to be a place that you go if you go the wrong way, instead of just starting over. There are other rooms like this in this part of Ganon's Tower.

Those room are easy to find

Every time you beat a Phantom Ganon, he drops his sword. Go in the opposite direction to where the sword is pointing and you'll find one of those rooms

Listen up people. There are a couple of secret rooms in ganon's castle you must access with this person's method. There is a room, like in this video filled with Mobolikins or something, and anotherone with bokoblins. Explore :)

The room with the hole has torches on the wall with one, two, three, and four flames. Hit the switches with the boomerang in the order of the number of torches in the other room

After that you go into this pit above the order of ways to go is: DOwn Left Left Down Left Theres two phantoms Kill

them. to recieve Light Arrow, You go back to main room then kill the phantom using light arrow, Then use the phantom's blade on the door.
