Not only were they civil with him, they gave him MANY opportunities: He was allowed to ask a question AFTER being kikced out, he was allowed to go on for over 90 seconds (everyone had 30 seconds) before being cut for profanity, he fought for over a minute before being arrested, & another minute before being taserd, etc.
