I think yes, they should. This is just animal cruelty.. if you would really care about mice, you would kill it really fast , so it will not suffer anymore. Buy a healty mouse, from a good breeder. ;-)
@aircharisma- They shouldn't be killed, but they should not be bred. Breeding the mice in order to pass on the genetic disorder to make "dancing mice" is just cruel.
