Thats not even an actual Ninjutsu stance, not saying that it doesn't work for him. I think this guy has learned some of the physical aspect but hardly any of the mental. From everyone's comments, nobody seems to like him anyway.
well it is an actual ninjutsu stance. it's a water technique. thing is, this phony does it wrong. he leans back so much he's off balance. in ninjutsu, balance is vital to your power (and not falling over). he should have his weight centered over his hips. also, his front leg shouldn't ancor him, it should slide back with him a few inches and his front knee should bend. ive only been taking bujinkan ninjutsu for a week, and i know this stuff.

You need to stop looking around youtube for random videos to explain yourself. I don't feel like internet fighting I prefer real life. Obviously you have no clue about the main idea of what I was talking about. Knife and stick fighting.. I already told you I sparr with bokken. Not only have I attended classes I was a teacher for a few months but I hated teaching slow learning people.
Wow do you not get it. fighting styals came from war MMA just takes it a step further it brings many fighting types together not just one. Also Do you think Grappling on the ground is the main thing? You may want to watch some UFC. Some fights never go to the ground. You learn MMA so you can fight any outcome from many people to one on one or even a David and david and goliath.
My grammar is fine and it's spelled against not aegis or what ever it is you're trying to spell. kung fu being my only style is exactly what you said actually. But kung fu grappling is about taking the opponent out quickly and no messing around. Just go learn more about these styles first kiddo then try to argue.
The fight lasted not even a minute and it's not like it was in the octagon I was able to leave afterwards right away. I did the sitting dragon which put me in the spot to arm lock him.
You do not know how to spell either, I'm surrounded by unschooled americans aren't I? Kung fu is my base, I train in several styles just in case you missed that part as well. Instructors never say anything about not fighting any style. You just think it's best because it's most popular. I wouldn't expect anything more from a rookie anyway. And F.Y.I. There is grappling in kung fu, actually a lot of reverse and joint lock techniques. If you weren't so ignorant you'd know this.
The stance is not practical. it gives hem less response time for lower block. I personally would just go for his knee an brake it, seeing that its almost fully starched out and the weakest link in his stance. People think this is a cool style because it looks good. but vary unpractical. all the jumping and extra moves to make it look good will just were the person doing this out.
If you were familiar with choy lay fut martials you would know that you can switch that stance to an offensive one very quickly if they try to break your knee.
Yes however, The problem is by you know whats coming it's to late to react and switch, your knee is broken. And it really is not that fast to switch and if the person is not really going for the knee you would be in for a really Eye opener as you find your self walking in to a new problem.
Do you know anything about sitting dragon stance? the significance of it is that you can move into it while receiving a knee strike which shocks your opponent leaving them open for a back fist strike or side kick. I suggest you check out choy lay fut, very effective style to learn. hongluck'dot'org
Yes I do. Obviously you don't know what that other move would be. there is a reason why no one in the MMA and many other metal arts would sand as he does. 1. The response time is two slow by the time some one see the strike its to late. 2. the amount of energy needed is double that of a normal person 3. The wight distribution and stance its self is a huge disadvantage thats why you don't see any professional on any circuit use it. When was the last time you seen a MMA or olympic fighter use it?
In pretty much all MMA competitions they take short cuts which dramatically reduce the effectiveness of the attack or block so don't refer to them as a backbone. I last saw someone use it while sparring and he barely touched the guy and made him end up on the ground on his own then was grappled into a headlock... it requires barely any effort to do as well.
Really is that you clam. But then if some one wanted to win then why take a short cut? IF you no the effectiveness of something? They are not using "short cuts" they are using the best knowledges they can get for the goal to win. Short cuts would be the opposite of what they are doing. The goal is to use the most effective methead. If the short cut is more effective then the original the yes they would use it because its more effective.(Better)
(continue..) MMA fighters can are people who bring there fighting styles in to the right its not just one particular set. Look at people with a ninjutsu or kung fu fighter who has a fighting stance like that. Why do the experienced ninjutsu and kung fu fighters drop that stance after a few fights and never bring it into a MMA fight or any fighting ring?
(Last continued...) Because It does not work and is highly impractical. As for your claim you seen some one who did. With out having a source or me seeing it with my eyes, the claim is a invalid one.
Well when I say short cuts.. look at someones round house kick in the UFC. It's completely broken down just for the sake of speed that it does almost nothing to the opponent. If someone was to do a proper round house and connect it is possible to break when ever body part that gets in it's way.
As for you're ignorance to the sitting dragon stance I'll see if I can get it on tape next time I sparr. It can work very well.
It's highly affective. Ware did you get that idea? They may look to you like there is nothing else to it but there is a lot to it. As for the speed, they need to be fast or their going to be the one on the ground. Their fighting other people who will destroy them for not using a good round house.
(continued 1) And don't assume I'm ignorant to the Dragon stance. I am not. People have tried to use it in our dojo before. (Normally nob's who don't know better.) and people will chuckle when they see it because they know the person with the dragon stance (Or a simuler stance) has all ready lost.
(Continued 2) Tell you what ware are you from. If you live near by Arizona I will be glad to take you on in our dojo here. I will pay for the spring fee's I'm not a big guy, come on you can take me. I'm 5'6 170lb my martial art art background is, Kempo (Was a instructor of kempo), go'ru, Jeet Kune Do, brazilian jujitsu, Shinkedo and a
(continue 3) little aikido. My kicks are are are on average are rated MV2/15 (Highest in my deviation/wight class. It's equal to that of a heavy wight)But I will wear ristrictors upon request. And we can spar to knock out and submission. I don't fight for points. And say 2:00 rounds. You will need to sign paper work and bring proof of insurance.
I don't live in arizona unfortunately I would of loved to take you up on that offer. Sitting dragon is made as a quick parry so I don't know where you get the idea that it's slow. And I spar 10 minute round. We train harder then is required to have maximum efficientsy during the entire fight. But I do not train in a dojo since I train mostly in chinese martial arts for example my currently mastery lies in pressure points(praying mantis) and double broadsword( wooden to spar with)
"I don't live in arizona unfortunately I would of loved to take you up on that offer."
Well I still travel a lot Not eavry ware but I do for my company I sold. So were are you located if I swing by and they have a licensed MMA fighter arena I can set it up.
"Sitting dragon is made as a quick parry so I don't know where you get the idea that it's slow"
My experience fighting people using it.
"And I spar 10 minute round."
That would be fine. Many of are underground fights our no rounds at
(Continued 1)time limits. I go to them most wens days with my friends.
"But I do not train in a dojo since I train mostly in Chinese martial arts for example" You may want to train in something more then just Chinese martial arts. You will be at a saver disadvantage ageist some one like me.
(Continued 3) So I suggest you learn more. When you are up ageist a MMA fighter, your up ageist fighters who know what we are doing, were not going to fight like you, we are going to apply real world real working techniques. Not the stuff for show, not all the needless moves. We are experts in fighting. In all conditions ageist all opponents styles.
Kung fu is my base, I branch to other styles and mix them for effective techniques. I train boxing, muay thai and ninjitsu. I cannot give you my exact location because of my "job"
I live around toronto though. I get carried away, I just don't like to stop. The smell of blood is amazing
Well you need a mix of and I do mean mix. To give you a idea here is Kung fu ageist a MMA fighter watch?v=JvF03K1-Ia4 fighter. As it stand no one using kung fu has yet to when ageist a MMA most fights end in less then a minuet, unless the MMA fighter is playing with his pray. most other forms take down kong fu easily and play with the so called experts in kung fu. fighters like this video watch?v=215Ai-2dFIU
how old are you? It's starting to bug me that you don't know how to spell. And when I say I love the smell of blood I mean it it's not just some line I picked up from a lame tv show, it just excites me. I sparred a MMA before and it's not that hard to defend a grapple. I found they like to spear you to the ground so I kneed them in the face... I'm 18
". I found they like to spear you to the ground so I kneed them in the face... I'm 18"
Yeah you go a head and try that like many others have. I wonder why no one has ever tried That. Well go a head and use it and see if it will really work for you.
I'm ignorant really how does your video of some one showing moves make me ignorant? first off its obvusas the guy does not know much. because the guy would have used that cheep move to his advantage. hell that stance weekns him a MMA fighter would have moved his leg behind the other guys and took him down. The guy talking is more of a street fighter and know what appears to be roman wrestling technique and seems to expect the other guy would play by those rules or know vary little.
Hell they guy seems to think of MMA more like boxing. See that your not aware of this or even what style is being applied I would say you are the one who is ignorant. Search through youtube videos kung fu vs MMA or BJJ and you will see Avery time who wins. The MJJ or the BJJ does. Yes some ware on the net I'm sore someone can find at lest one that would be the opposite. But when it seems every case is for the MMA its hard to deny the facts.
it's spelled obvious. And sifu is the highest ranking you could be in kung fu. I looked at 4 or 5 videos of bjj vs kung fu just now and saw that they weren't even experienced in real life fighting. When it comes down to it if it was a fight to the death bjj would perish quickly.
"And sifu is the highest ranking you could be in kung fu."
I said nothing of his rank.
"I looked at 4 or 5 videos of bjj vs kung fu just now and saw that they weren't even experienced in real life fighting."
Really. because some of them a famous fighters they don't use all that stance bullshit because as I said earlier they get read of it vary quick it's not practical. One of the best kong fu fighters entered the octagon and got his ass kicked a few years back If I can find it I will post it
"When it comes down to it if it was a fight to the death bjj would perish quickly."
What you want to be true does not make something true. But see I wont be going through that area for a few months you can prove me wrong call one of the places I sent you. Video tape your fight with a MAA fighter or a BJJ fighter then up load it and I will be glad to withdraw my claim.
You obviously have a mental problem taking too many kicks to the head or something. It's hard to talk to someone of your status and I have a fight to go to in an hour. I'll think of you when I take him out. Did I mention my style is close ranged internal strikes? You don't have enough knowledge about the numerous types of kung fu. Internal strikes cause internal bleeding and bruising as well as external which rip flesh, muscle and break bones. That is why it's hard to find a vid on youtube. >
Of course the actions of a desperate man. resort to personal insults. You are definitely a child. I'm going to go kick some ones but in a hour and I will think of you. What ever. I'm just not buying it.
i can say one thing! Ninjas is rogues, thieves and bandits in old 646 AD-1868(samurai time) Japan, and their fight system stands on deadly tricks(staves with poisened arrow, shurikens, many type of powders) and greatly made equipment(many type hooks for fast climbing, gloves with claws, dark masks and clothes for better movement and anti identificatin)! Their live style not close to be honored or gloried! 1 ninja posibly can kill 3 or more guards or samurai's!SO :)
yes and slight barely visible sinking and rising and power comes from back foot. the block is so much more powerful than block in karate or what you learned in twd. once you figure it out the block is defensive and offinsive at same time as in ichimonji from your hayes books

Yes however, The problem is by you know whats coming it's to late to react and switch, your knee is broken. And it really is not that fast to switch and if the person is not really going for the knee you would be in for a really Eye opener as you find your self walking in to a new problem.
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
Do you know anything about sitting dragon stance? the significance of it is that you can move into it while receiving a knee strike which shocks your opponent leaving them open for a back fist strike or side kick. I suggest you check out choy lay fut, very effective style to learn. hongluck'dot'org
Blasfulmous 3 years ago
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
In pretty much all MMA competitions they take short cuts which dramatically reduce the effectiveness of the attack or block so don't refer to them as a backbone. I last saw someone use it while sparring and he barely touched the guy and made him end up on the ground on his own then was grappled into a headlock... it requires barely any effort to do as well.
Blasfulmous 3 years ago

LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
(Last continued...) Because It does not work and is highly impractical. As for your claim you seen some one who did. With out having a source or me seeing it with my eyes, the claim is a invalid one.
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
Well when I say short cuts.. look at someones round house kick in the UFC. It's completely broken down just for the sake of speed that it does almost nothing to the opponent. If someone was to do a proper round house and connect it is possible to break when ever body part that gets in it's way.
As for you're ignorance to the sitting dragon stance I'll see if I can get it on tape next time I sparr. It can work very well.
Blasfulmous 3 years ago
It's highly affective. Ware did you get that idea? They may look to you like there is nothing else to it but there is a lot to it. As for the speed, they need to be fast or their going to be the one on the ground. Their fighting other people who will destroy them for not using a good round house.
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
(continued 1) And don't assume I'm ignorant to the Dragon stance. I am not. People have tried to use it in our dojo before. (Normally nob's who don't know better.) and people will chuckle when they see it because they know the person with the dragon stance (Or a simuler stance) has all ready lost.

And we can spar to knock out and submission. I don't fight for points. And say 2:00 rounds. You will need to sign paper work and bring proof of insurance.
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago

"But I do not train in a dojo since I train mostly in Chinese martial arts for example" You may want to train in something more then just Chinese martial arts. You will be at a saver disadvantage ageist some one like me.
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
(Continued 3) So I suggest you learn more. When you are up ageist a MMA fighter, your up ageist fighters who know what we are doing, were not going to fight like you, we are going to apply real world real working techniques. Not the stuff for show, not all the needless moves. We are experts in fighting. In all conditions ageist all opponents styles.

And here is a grate movie some one is making on kung fu vs MMA fighters
watch?v=ZUybs2Oid3c&NR=1
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
Kung fu is my base, I branch to other styles and mix them for effective techniques. I train boxing, muay thai and ninjitsu. I cannot give you my exact location because of my "job"
I live around toronto though. I get carried away, I just don't like to stop. The smell of blood is amazing
Blasfulmous 3 years ago
Well you need a mix of and I do mean mix. To give you a idea here is Kung fu ageist a MMA fighter watch?v=JvF03K1-Ia4 fighter. As it stand no one using kung fu has yet to when ageist a MMA most fights end in less then a minuet, unless the MMA fighter is playing with his pray. most other forms take down kong fu easily and play with the so called experts in kung fu. fighters like this video watch?v=215Ai-2dFIU
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
"I live around toronto though."
Thats fine. I can work with that.
"I get carried away, I just don't like to stop. The smell of blood is amazing."
How old are you? Thats not what a real fighter would say but a child may say.
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
If you go to that first round you will see how fast MMA fighter takes down a Kung fu fighter 31-31-40 sec.
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
Here are a couple place in toronto this can happen at.
mississaugaelite
salvosabjj
torontobjj
revmma
They are all MMA training facility or Brazilian jujitsu dojo's that may allow us to do this for a fee. (I can pay for the fee.)
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
how old are you? It's starting to bug me that you don't know how to spell. And when I say I love the smell of blood I mean it it's not just some line I picked up from a lame tv show, it just excites me. I sparred a MMA before and it's not that hard to defend a grapple. I found they like to spear you to the ground so I kneed them in the face... I'm 18
Blasfulmous 3 years ago
"how old are you? It's starting to bug me that you don't know how to spell."
Well at least you still know what I'm saying and that should not pose a problem I a ring or cage.
"I sparred a MMA before and it's not that hard to defend a grapple."
Really? That means one of two things. 1. The person who said the are a MMA fighter lied or 2. You are lying.
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
". I found they like to spear you to the ground so I kneed them in the face... I'm 18"
Yeah you go a head and try that like many others have. I wonder why no one has ever tried That. Well go a head and use it and see if it will really work for you.
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
you're ignorant..
watch?v=xQFFpA0C4LU&feature=related
Blasfulmous 3 years ago
I'm ignorant really how does your video of some one showing moves make me ignorant? first off its obvusas the guy does not know much. because the guy would have used that cheep move to his advantage. hell that stance weekns him a MMA fighter would have moved his leg behind the other guys and took him down. The guy talking is more of a street fighter and know what appears to be roman wrestling technique and seems to expect the other guy would play by those rules or know vary little.
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
Hell they guy seems to think of MMA more like boxing. See that your not aware of this or even what style is being applied I would say you are the one who is ignorant. Search through youtube videos kung fu vs MMA or BJJ and you will see Avery time who wins. The MJJ or the BJJ does. Yes some ware on the net I'm sore someone can find at lest one that would be the opposite. But when it seems every case is for the MMA its hard to deny the facts.
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
it's spelled obvious. And sifu is the highest ranking you could be in kung fu. I looked at 4 or 5 videos of bjj vs kung fu just now and saw that they weren't even experienced in real life fighting. When it comes down to it if it was a fight to the death bjj would perish quickly.
Blasfulmous 3 years ago
"And sifu is the highest ranking you could be in kung fu."
I said nothing of his rank.
"I looked at 4 or 5 videos of bjj vs kung fu just now and saw that they weren't even experienced in real life fighting."
Really. because some of them a famous fighters they don't use all that stance bullshit because as I said earlier they get read of it vary quick it's not practical. One of the best kong fu fighters entered the octagon and got his ass kicked a few years back If I can find it I will post it
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
"When it comes down to it if it was a fight to the death bjj would perish quickly."
What you want to be true does not make something true. But see I wont be going through that area for a few months you can prove me wrong call one of the places I sent you. Video tape your fight with a MAA fighter or a BJJ fighter then up load it and I will be glad to withdraw my claim.
LittleTruckingBozo 3 years ago
You obviously have a mental problem taking too many kicks to the head or something. It's hard to talk to someone of your status and I have a fight to go to in an hour. I'll think of you when I take him out. Did I mention my style is close ranged internal strikes? You don't have enough knowledge about the numerous types of kung fu. Internal strikes cause internal bleeding and bruising as well as external which rip flesh, muscle and break bones. That is why it's hard to find a vid on youtube. >
Blasfulmous 3 years ago

1 ninja posibly can kill 3 or more guards or samurai's!SO :)

what's up with the music? some kinda folk?
rasmusxp 3 years ago
yes and slight barely visible sinking and rising and power comes from back foot. the block is so much more powerful than block in karate or what you learned in twd. once you figure it out the block is defensive and offinsive at same time as in ichimonji from your hayes books

Thanks Master Tew, I've been working on this stepping back and then using my back fist into the fore arm or bicep strike.
This was helpful.
Peace be with you master Tew.

Yeah, it is but how do you get power for the strike that accompanies it. I've been watching your video's is it that hip twist?
