Question, I record gameplay but when I am done, I place the DVD on my computer and the files aren't there. I know the files are on my DVD and my magnavox DVD recorder is working properly. Any suggestions?
20 days after the warranty ran out the burner took a shit. But then again,I did get about a 1000 hours of recording out of it. Most likely will cost more to fix than its worth.. SONY will be my next choice.
Goopps , found some dirt on the spindle where the disc is clamped upon inserting disc. I'm think the disc was wobbling which caused the error in recording. All is working fine now. A good blow down was all she needed. I used some canned air to correct the problem.. Thax for the response.

@megasonic0 You need to finalize the DVD.
I don't remember the exact way to do that...I think you go to like Disk Menu and then do something else, sorry I dont remember the exact way

@jaredeal210 Component: A form of RCA Cable that is HD. It consists of 3 Video cables and needs the RCA Audio Plugs (Red and white) to get audio.
Composite: Standard Definition. It consists of the yellow RCA cable and needs the RCA audio cables to get audio.
AV: Stands for "Audio Video".
RCA: Stands for "Radio Corportation of America". They created the cables that people refer to as RCA, which are component and composite cables.
SCART: An old fashion connector that was replaced by RCA.
