if you get to that plant at 15 or less health and fail the first sets of movements you won't have enough HP before the second set of movements, and so it gives you a different death sequence.

hey reconfox, just to let you know (if you still play the game) you have to have pretty much the first and second wing thing to get past the flower. you just have to run and jump right near it to get past. you can do it without the first wing, but it's alittle hard.
