If the writers are as clever as they seem to be, they'll keep Lucas and Noud best buddies. Making them lovers wouldn't be that creative. The direction they should go in is that their relationship will deepen without an erotic component.
Noud is coming across as a guy with a beautiful soul. He's a loyal friend, and doesn't dismiss Lucas as someone who's worthy of his friendship just because he happens to be gay. There's isn't a mean or petty bone in his body.
I don't feel that Lucas and Noud are finished, but a work in progress...From my POV Noud is not acting like a regular Str8 joe but and in love puppy that is shy and thinking he wants to do it right, and must be vary careful about Lucas' feelings..but just my two cents worth...thx so much for all you do...
Just when you think you know where it's leading you, it veers just a little to the left. Great new character. Mad chemistry with Lucas and a bit of a break from the unrequited love angst.
It will be interesting to see how Lucas responds to a new guy who's gay and out and steady and know's what he wants.
Lucas and Noud's friendship will continue to deepen and grow and hopefully Noud will help Lucas to feel better about confronting what happened to them.

He doesnt want to hurt Noud,and feels bad about the fact that Noud is also hurt because they were together at that moment. He loves Noud, and doesnt want anything like that happens again. That and the fact that he thinks that Noud doesnt want any romantic kind of thing with him, makes him looking for distraction,what he finds in Marco
