The whole line of B vitamins are supposed to be good for stress. Hun I know how hard it is to lose someone that you are clearly so attached to. I have a relationship with a family member that reminds me of the relationship you have with your father. Darn..It seems like everyone has some kind of strains in their lives. @squinceyluvgoddess1 Honestly those vits do not work I still have mental issues.. there coming to take me away aha LOL My mom was such a wonderful outstanding mom and I was lucky that I had her as my mom I just did not get to have her long enogh but then again I dont think any time would be long enogh. Vitamins are not crap they are good for you .. well that is what I have been told have not worked for me much either hmm... The pain you still have on the passin of your mum is very evident, Lif and I can appreciate how you feel about your dad..so I thank you for being so open and sorry for ur tears..I can imagine ur memories are vast. bless
