  • awesome :)

  • Thanks for sharing. Watching the flow feels great, and I bet the doing should feel better.

  • What an art!

    Impressive & inspiring flexibility!

Nice sound :) thx for the share :)

  • Beautiful! Just wondering though is this safe for someone with a pacer ?, I know to breath and can do a balancing crow, dolphin almost into a headstand but my poor heart also needs oxygen.

  • @firestonemagic Check with your doctor, first- do no harm...but regardless of (most) postures, if you're breathing your blood will deliver oxygen to all cells/tissues/organs it has access to. Listen to your breath, and you will hear your body. Healing. Blessings~

  • How did you practice to get up to this point ? this is amazing (:

  • When you bend your knees that way in your first sequence, what anusara principle is that without me injuring my knees?

  • graceful, elegant, smooth as silk ,...

    cant ask for much more

  • How many times have you injured your knees coming into Janushirshasana like that? Flow? A flow of injuries

  • @theswamisalami

I have never flowed straight into Janushirshasana, and have never injured either knee practicing Janushirshasana.

Nor have I injured either knee jumping into Tryanga Mukhaikapada Paschimatanasana, the asana I flow into during my daily practice, and shared here.

Thank you for your comments. God Bless!

  • Nice music. Sounds like Traffic. Similar to Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys.
