for me it sounds like a theme for a dungeon maybe for one of the last ones when you're getting into the tougher bosses and such but still AMAZING job hopefully Masashi Hamauzu liked the demo you gave him

@KayinOne The piece is beautiful, but the music from 2:19 to 2:24 sounds weak compared to the rest of the piece, I believe it needs to sound more powerful to give it a more dramatic quality. It is only feedback though. It is your work and you are the better judge.

hey, you wouldnt mind if i worked on my novel while listening to this, do you? Tell you one thing, it represents the kind of feeling im looking for while writing a battle theme that im making. It involves the main character, Xelabus, having a flashback of his lost past, engaging in a tremendous battle against his brother, with fire blazing throughout his eyes and coursing through his veins. PADAM ! Le retour de la fan prodigue, lol. Alors, petite critique (dans le sens explication, pas négatif^^) Très bon morceau, je sais pas pourquoi mais il me rappelle un peu Everlasting Crystal et certains passages de violon me donnent des flashs de la musique du jeu Muramasa : The Demon Blade, ce qui s'accorde bien avec l'ambiance de Versus, assez sombre. Peut-être un peu trop "épique" pour une musique d'exploration, il n'en reste pas moins que c'est du lourd ! Continue et bon courage =D.

To me it sounds like the sort of track that would play while two characters are talking, building up to a fight scene, but I read the description and a field exploration soundtrack actually would make a olot of sense too.
