  • @jerseygurl1234 I'm sorry to hear about your grandpa. I'm glad at least that your memories of him are quite loving and happy. Glad that you stopped by:)

  • Try processing the coconut flakes before you add the liquids, might be easier to chop them finely that way. I'm making these! yum!

  • @olguillasoy Thank you!! I will definitely try this method:)

  • Yea I send you an email for a little trick on how to make tostones tasty. You get a little bowl and put a little water and veggie oil (No Olive Oil) and then a little of adobo and the mix with a fork. After you flatten them put them in the little bowl with the mixture for a quick sec don't them soak. Then fry be extra careful because water and oil don't mix and it would splatter. Then after their out golden and brown they would come out nice and a bit salty and good.

  • @Athenav1 Athena, I just replied. This recipe sounds super good and the best part is that it's super simple. I LIKE lots. I've tried it with minced garlic instead of adobo but I'll be sure to try your recipe. Thank you so much for sharing! ;)

  • I love Limber de Coco I would eat them when I was little when I lived in Puerto Rico it just the best. That is true you would buy them from the ladies of the barrio who would sell them.

  • @Athenav1 Don't you love those memories! I remember eating my fresa, coco o tamarindo limber while flip floping home with my chancletas;) LOL! :)

  • how much water do you put?

  • @jramos3131 I add 6 oz of water.....some people don't add water. You can try it both ways to see which one is to your liking:) Thanks for watching!

  • Gracia Mi Amor!!!!!

  • Gracias por la receta!! I have a love-hate relationship with coconut. I love the flavor, but hate the flakes, so I think I'll do this without the flakes.

    Besitos!

  • @linda165 It will still make a great limber de coco without the flakes. So yes go for it!

  • MMMMM My next project. :)

  • @all4one1fourall Thank you for watching!
