I don't necessarily think she was breaking the 4th wall by saying that. I think it was just an expression because every time after a really big and epic movie, the credits start to roll. Since she has gone through so much and everything just seems to be over, she just thought that "I guess it's time to roll the credits" was an appropriate expression to use. It isn't a very common one though so I can understand why some would think its breaking the 4th wall.
