just got a bowflex, i was an avid free weight lifter in high school. i did alot of free weights because i was in football. my max bench was 315 and a 450 squat. since i left i got a bowflex and i love it. i still have free weights but the bowflex is great. i have to get an expansion pack of 100 due to te 200 pounds of resistance on each side was to weak. the bowflex is a great machine. i thought it would suck but it turns out to be great.
I just got a free boflex from a friend of mine (he hasn't used it in years and wanted it out of his garage) I didn't get any dvd or book with it so these videos are great!!
yea kinda lol but it helps out people who already have it and they are curious on some of the excerises and how to do them. I've had mine for awhile and im starting to use it finally after 5 years lol
i've followed your style and find it much better. I wonder, are the poundages on the rods accurate? They don't feel "heavy" unless its just the fact that the rods are easier on the joints than free weights.
bought mine from egay and bowflexforum-com

hello Again,
i've followed your style and find it much better. I wonder, are the poundages on the rods accurate? They don't feel "heavy" unless its just the fact that the rods are easier on the joints than free weights.
What has been your experience?
